Sorry if it has been answered - T-Mobile HTC One (M9)

How can you view screen on time?

You'll have to download an app like GSam Battery Monitor. (That's what I use personally.)

Thanks! Very helpful app.

You can also tap the HTC help app that came on the phone and it will let you check battery stats.

(APP) What is this app?

Can anyone tell me what's that app in notification bar?
Looks like some sort of Task Manager telling you CPU/RAM usage
I'm thinking about a firewall or something like that because it was on a "Best android antivirus for 2013" forum...and on PC, ZoneAlarm firewall has exactly the same systray icon...if anybody knows, feel free to answer :good:

i think he should first get rid off either avast or avg because having two antivirus softwares on one device is a no go (much like on pc's)... stick with one...

Wakelocks

I dunno what app is doing it. Though Facebook and Google services are the top two drainers.
Annoying.. Gsam doesn't help me figure out which app I need to delete.

why the hell would he do that? factory reset would be an absolute last resort.... and i have no idea why the hell you think installing apex would help him?
OP do you have google now enabled?
first thing i would do is disable data and disconnect wifi - make sure it is an app trying to fetch data that is causing the problem, if that turns out to be the case then simply stop all apps from syncing automatically and reenable a few at a time until you capture the problem one.
check out whether your GPS is being used too - google now would use your location and fetch data a lot, my money is on it.

fair enough... but you can be 99.99% sure that it is something you have installed that is causing it.

Reliable Notifications for Non-Samsung Devices

I've finally figured a way to get good looking functional notifications for the Gear using a Moto X.
1. Install NotiSync on both devices. Set your phone as primary and Gear as secondary
2. Install NotifierPro Free on your Gear. Enable notification accessibility in Gear settings.
3. Make sure NotiSync is checked off in NotifierPro Settings.
4. Set up custom profiles on NotiSync on your phone for all apps you want notifications sent to the gear.
5. NotifierPro Free, set position below status bar and make sure wake on notification is on.
This has worked very well for me. It presents a drop down translucent banner for my notifications and seems to be very reliable.
Setup:
NotiSync -> Phone
NotiSync + NotifierPro Free -> Gear
Tell NotifierPro to show NotiSync notifications.

Hi
When i try to check the NotiSync box in NotifierPro it asks to enable accessibility services but when i select enable now the app freezes and says unfortunately notifier pro free has stopped working

That issue I'm not sure about. Maybe retry installing NotifierPro and enabling accessibility again. I didn't get any issues like that.

Watch has been unplugged for about 8 hours now with consistent notifications during that time. My current battery percentage is at 93%. Much better than what I was getting with Tablet Notifier.

[Q] OnePlus One Charging Current App?

I was wondering if any one know of an App like "Galaxy Charging Current Pro"
That will work properly on the OnePlus One?
I can't find one that is working the same like the above App...
That is all I am missing with this phone...
I'm using it. But i think that doesn't work properly as in Samsung. But still i can see current charching.

I also have it install, it show the current as a Negative current and there for on the widget it show "----" instead of the current.
I also mailed the App developer about it and his answer was it isn't design for this device only for galaxy... so that is it...
that is why i am asking if any one know of a different app that work properly with our device.
I am using Battery Monitor Widget Pro. Works great.

Battery tracking app, no root

Is there any battery tracking /wakelock detector apps that don't require root?
I need to find out why my Android System has been killing my battery every single day. So frustrating

Im not sure about a wake detector app without root. But you could check out Gsam battery monitor for battery monitoring or even watchdog task manager for rogue apps. The latter is old and hasn't been updated in while, but it still works.
The gsam does show me the Android System is whats killing it but it only shows a list of apps inlcuded in there. So i m unable to see which one specifically thats killing my battery

Have you tried using Greenify to hibernate most downloaded apps? Tends to help alot with random wakelocks/battery life. You could also give cpu spy a try to see which apps are doing what.
Will try. Thanks
