Dunno if there's one specifically for our phone, but you can check THIS PAGE out.
##data# (##3282#)
##debug#(##33284#)
##diag#(##3424#)
##svn#(##786#)
##prl#(##775#)
##prev#(##7738#)
##akey#(##2539#)
##vocoder# (##8626337#)
*#*#info#*#*
also ##MSLNUMBERHERE# (example ##
You may also be able to find out what they are by looking into the .apk that opens up when using these codes.. QPST.apk or EPST.apk, something similar to that
Thx man

Turno off USB debugging and hide developer menu

Anyone if that is possible?
I need to send my HTC one for servicing and I would like to leave as the phone from a regular user.
Thanks in advance

Just use applock with password or hiding app with secret number on dial pad. All you want is just hiding the setting app right?
Not sure if this will work for you, but when I sent mine in for repair, I just did a factory reset of the phone.
That usually re-hides the developer options menu in settings menu.

Need to get rid of annoying VM notification in status bar

I have root and Xposed. How can I get rid of the voicemail notification in the status bar???? I use Google Voice for voicemail. I don't know my pin for AT&T VM, nor do I care. I know I can clear data from the phone app to kill the icon in the status bar, but it reappears every time I reboot. There has to be a method to disable this, no?
Have you tried dialing your voicemail and actually listenning to your voicemail(s)??? I mean, that's one of the ways to clear the notification.

That's the only way to clear it as far as I know.

Actually you might be able to block the notification using the xposed module Gravitybox. In the statusbar tweaks there is an option to hide ongoing notifications.

Yeah, it wants a pin. I have no idea what that pin is. Who listens to voicemails anymore? Google Voice translates them to text and delivers them to my email inbox. It isn't 2008 any more.
Edit: I have figured out the pin. I have 296 new messages. Ain't nobody got time for that.

[Q] LTE Only Network Mode

Does anybody know how to set the network mode to LTE only?
On the G3 I was able to do this in engineering mode. Anybody know how to do this?
Open up the phone app and dial *#2263# and select lte preferences, and select all lte bands.

As soon as I hit the last # it instantly clears out the dialer box and nothing loads.
I am on Dynamic Kat 1.2. I wouldn't think that the ROM would prevent me from doing this.
When the last # is entered on stock it clears out as well, but then the service menu opens. Dialer codes might not work on that rom.

Is there a way to see what is currently selected before enabling all?
Unable to make a call

After doing this, I was unable to make a call, why is that? Do you know what the original setting was? I selected "LTE/WCDMA Auto" but I am not sure if that is correct.
I would go for lte/gsm/auto or wcdma/gsm auto
This way you always have chance for fallback to gsm when needed

Automatic is the default setting.

Oh ok. I tried that but the option isn't there. It has all the other data there but doesn't give me the option to change bands. I think maybe I need a hidden menu apk from another lg? Thanks though

Hey man ive finally find the solution but first your device must be rooted so as to access the buold.prop file. To enable network selection mode edit build prop using root explorer change the following line from ATT to OPEN root is required for this.
Chek the photo to know to line. That's all enjoy dude

What's the purpose of enabling preferred network? Should I do this? I have a D950.
I just tried this now. I am here in Florida with Cricket wireless and service has been spotty. I think the mod stops priority of the LTE and allows for other speeds to function. Stopped getting spotty LTE and now 4g but at higher bars.

hello,
Thanks for ur trick..
It works..
But I am facing some issues with it.
1. I cant type OPEN. it shows only 3 digits "OPE"
2. Changing this changes sms list view to go invisible/ white .in list view it shows nothing.o nce i open sms thread then i can see sms
3. Changing this disables hidden menu.
I really dont know why this happening. But i have confirmed this by doing/undo changes many times.,.. but is it because of issue no 1?
I made the change in the build prop file, gow do i select carrier now?

Just Put OPE and save Build prop..reboot phone and you will be able to have choice of 2g 3g lte.
