If it doesn't work in the stock firmware, it doesn't work here. I didn't change anything, only removed some apk's and rooted it.

Running late for work, just wanna get the link up for now. This is (mostly) stock, I got rid of as much knox and T-Mo stuff as I could. Everything appears to work, if you find anything broke lmk. Please feel free to mirror, but PM me the link to add to OP so we're not making people search the thread.
FYI, it takes forever to flash. Like 10+ minutes...

Thank to @Hero for the updater script!

Nuked a bunch of the samsung bloatware and it's working well for me:good:. I get scared touching anything that has to do with knox so I let other people do that :silly:
edit: I lost root flashing with TWRP

I need to fix the updater script, it's not setting permissions for the su binary. Flashing the supersu zip will get you root access again.

Thread reopening. Will post stock odexed and deodexed roms here shortly.

On the deodexed rom, you may get some fc's on first boot. Updating all apps will fix it. I'm gonna try to clean it up over the weekend, and fix the updater script for root.

What's to clean up
All is well!

I'm pretty sure I put the wrong apk's in the zip. It definitely has reboot menu and no volume warning. I'll fix it tomorrow.

What exactly do u mean cause I flashed it and I do have the reboot menu but what are you referring to? EDIT: ( pretty sure I know what u mean now ) Also, lots of bloat left in here but this is a great basic rom! I recommend at least yanking "com.tmobile.pr.adapt" as this is a known T-Mobile root tracking process. It's actually the first thing that will ask for root permission once you root your phone. I can also see that I have a center clock and the S-finder stuff is gone! YAY! But my buttons are weird... The left button is menu and I am not getting the dropdowns on-screen so something def changed there. Just giving some feedback. Thanks for your efforts so far! :good:

I wanted to thank you for the work you have done so far - with additional thanks for the future stuff you plan.
I flashed this initially - did a Factory Reset - Wiped Cache/Delvick/System and on reboot I did not have one FC - everything booted beautifully - in fact it seemed to boot up faster than it flashed - LOL - about 7 minutes to reboot on first install - which I thought was pretty fast for Lollipop (Compared to the 10-15 minute boot I had when I flashed Lollipop roms on my NOTE 4)
a couple of small things - Center clock is great but the font seems really small ? is it just me?

I agree with the other guy - I am hoping you can remove the "Com.tmobile.pr.adapt" whatever that is - i have never seen this come up on previous phones and wonder what Tmobile is up to ? (do I sound paranoid?) lol
anyway - thanks for everything - can't wait to see what happens next.

sorry - don't know what happened - this was a double post -

I've looked for com.tmobile.adapt.pr since I got this phone, I have no clue which apk it is. Trust me, if I did it would be gone. You can disable it in app manager... I remapped the recents to be menu, recents is now long press of home button.

I made the clock smaller, I think I'll revert that. I think I'm gonna actually start with a clean systemui, I changed so much crap at first trying to hide the status bar clock on the lock screen I messed up some padding and margin stuff and can't remember where it all is.

@mikeyinid thanks for re-opening your thread. im having a heck of a time finding the time to try and fix my stock ROM. glad that XDA has one available thanks to you.

This is the Official GB OTA (4.08.605.2) plus Extras from Me and other devs to fix HTC's mistakes. I compiled it all into one mostly stock rom to make it easy on folks that like to stay close to stock and don't want to have to flash a whole bunch of zips to get these features.
Extra Features / Fixes
Re-based off of 4.08.605.2 (Thanks wildstang83 for putting the stock zip together)
Native Screenshot Feature (Flash fix for it here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=19865037&postcount=1272)
To take a screenshot Hold "Power" + "Home"
Screenshots are saved to /sdcard/dcim/Screenshots
Trackpad Wake/Unlock
Market 3.3.12
Stock Battery w/ Percentage and 1% increments (Thanks 00McD00)
Removed useless GPS crosshair icon (Satellite icon appears when GPS is accessed)
Advanced Power Reboot Menu (Thanks wdfowty)
DSP Manager
Green Overscroll Glow
Sense 3.0 Wallpapers
Quick Settings Enabled (Thanks sk806)
Long Press Volume +/- to skip tracks when screen is off
Init.d (Start-up scripts) support
Rooted, Deodexed, Zipaligned
Added FOTA kill to prevent any upgrade messages from Verizon
Slightly Debloated. Removed the following:
Amazon MP3
Boot Sound (Flashable zip to add it back, below)
CDROM.iso
City ID
Vcast
VZ Navigator
My Verizon
**As ALWAYS, I am NOT responsible for what you do with your phone.
Full Wipe and Flash Instructions:
Make a Nandroid Backup of your current rom
Reboot into ClockworkMod
Choose "wipe data/factory reset"
Go into "mounts and storage" menu and choose "format /boot" and confirm
Choose "format /system" and confirm
Go back to main menu and choose "install zip from sdcard"
Browse your sdcard for the rom zip and flash!
**Note: I know there are a million methods that folks say to follow for a full wipe, including: wiping dalvik, wiping cache, etc. Let me explain why that's unnecessary. The "wipe data/factory reset" option erases your /data, /cache and /data/data partitions, so doing the "wipe cache" option would be redundant. Dalvik-cache is just a folder that resides on the /data partition (Already cleared, remember, so redundant again). The ONLY 2 partitions, that effect the wipe, and were not already cleared are /boot and /system. I've changed roms quite a bit and this method is fast and works everytime.

Hey Frost! Thanks. I have a settings.apk file for you to try. It's based off of .3 and should not show the GPS nag no matter what. I added it here for Condemned to test as well: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=17521726&postcount=98
Try it, when you have time and report back, please.

Thanks, downloading now!
This is nearly exactly what I have been running, only I had to assemble the pieces myself each time... Now I just have to do a slight debloat to this, and UOT the overglow and circle battery and I am good
Previously, I had to assemble from 4 different places to get the different pieces and parts, and I always felt I was missing something....
Now this is exactly what I was waiting for.
Exactly what the latest update should have been.
Very nice Jermaine! I may have to flash this tomorrow before I go to Phoenix, but liking the InSensitive 2.2 ROM so far.

Ok Mark! Me too. I.M. is my old faithful that I always restore after tinkering. I'll be doing a nice update to that soon. Nothing to change it's core values; just newer files from the official OTA.

I totally understand. If it were for me, I'd remove a lot more, but, it's for everyone and one man's trash is another man's treasure, so I didn't want to take out anything that ONE person might want. We can all use Titanium Backup or Root Explorer to debloat more. I hope you guys enjoy and please click "Thanks" if it helps you.
"Stock Battery w/ Percentage and 1% increments (Thanks 00McD00)" umm...your welcome? lol I don't remember giving you this, unless you just ripped it from my rom in which case you can just thank the UOT Kitchen (not trying to sound mad, was just suprised/confused when I saw this haha).
As for the Settings.apk, do you mind if I try that on my roms too? Would love to get rid of that damn warning once and for all. Do we need a start up script with it too or just the apk?

I ripped it from yours and of course I had to say thanks. Yes, try it out. You don't need anything but that settings.apk. Even if that boolean is "true" it doesn't show the warning. I couldn't believe how simple it was when I hit it with a fresh mind today.

That's what I figured, in which cause you are very welcome lol. Sick dude! You are a boss, can't wait to try it out and hopefully report back some positive results. Hey question: there aren't any CPU modules that are working with 605.3 are there? Would love to be able to put those back in, but I thought I remembered Tiny saying his weren't compatible. And just wanted to make sure.
I think I might have to try this one out when I get home. I will remove a few more apks and use UOT kitchen to modify to a circle battery and some overscroll glow. Maybe possibly add the Inc 2 3G icons. Other than that this looks exactly how I like my rom. Pretty basic and as close to stock as possible.
Thanks Jermaine for putting something like this together.
I need to flash this when I need my sense fix. MIUI has been holding my attention for 3 months now.

You're welcome! I saw a lot of people working hard to get all of the pieces on their phones and wanted to make it easier. Plus I know a lot of folks want it to look as stock as possible, but have the extra features as well.
The nail in the casket!
This is likely to be the last rom that I flash for my beloved Incredible. A fighter, a workhorse, my original...she has been through a lot. After hundreds of flashes and countless hours of duty, no other phone has served me better.
Despite flashing numerous Sense 3.0 or 2.1/3.0 roms, Sense 1.0 always pulls me back in. With proper management, it's extremely difficult to overlook the functionality, smoothness, and battery life of a well built stock release. Now, especially, with the extras being incorporated, stock roms have become overall winners. Not to mention that everything just works.
Thanks for another great release Jermaine! With this rom, my Inc will gracefully bow out...in style!
On the road to Vigor or Prime now...rounding the final stretch...

Hey Newt! I'll go ahead and give this a shot.
Sent from my Droid Incredible using the XDA app.
Well, I think it's about time for me to try a new ROM.

What is the patch for? do I need it for the Rom u sent me on PM?
So far so good, just one annoying issue for facebook users: Authorize HTC Sense (for facebook) seems to be borked. Once you login to your facebook account, it will go into a loop asking you to authorize htc sense in facebook. If you press okay, it seems to start loading the authorize screen but immediately brings back up the prompt "Authorize HTC sense". If you keep hitting Okay nothing happens. If you hit cancel it exits without facebook sync and you have an authorize notification icon in the status bar for all eternity.
EDIT: To prevent this from constantly popping up and bugging you, just remove HTC Facebook Sync using the built in debloater

not at all picking from your work i promise that, but you said on the bottom of your OP "None of the components included in this rom are to be used in any other rom without permission from myself and aamikam... the kernel included in this rom has not been released to the public and for now is only used in this rom until he tells me otherwise"
so thats why i ask, not because i want to steal anything
Really looking fwd to flashing this. Will probably have to wait until Monday, though.

V3.0 - Updated to new firmware 4.08.605.19
Quick Tips
Quick Tips
Zram is dissabled by default, if you want to enable it type without quotes " zram enable " in a terminal emulator.
The softkey leds are on by default, if you want to turn them off go to /etc/init.d.dissabled, and move the SoftkeyLedsOff file to the init.d folder.
To take a screenshot hold down the power button, tap home button and release power.
There is a "Scripts" folder in /system with several scripts in it for different things, one being !V6 supercharger which i highly recomend using.
There is also an "init.d.dissabled" folder in /etc that has several init.d scripts for various things that can be moved to the init.d folder to activate at boot.
If you would like a script to be run when the phone is powered off, go to /etc/init.shutdown.sh and open it with the text editor. Then place the code in the file and save. Note there are already some commands in there, feel free to delete or comment out # any you dont want to run on power off.
If you would like to swap the emmc and sdcard (eg. sdcard mounted as emmc and emmc mounted as sdcard), go to /etc and look for "vold.fstab" rename it vold.fstab.bak Then find "vold.fstab.emms_as_sd" and rename it vold.fstab Then reboot.
Mods
HTCLockScreen - Stock Sense "Lense" lockscreen, Recovery flashable.
Track pad wake / unlock - Track pad wake - Trackpad unlock - Thaks jermaine151
Stop OTA - Stops future ota updates.
VZW Backup - Recovery flashable.
Blue Android Splash - MD5 - Splash screen that matches nicley with the whole blue theme.

Downloading it now, just installed protekks ics rom. But I do like stock roms... I just switched to ics because of the lack of updates on the other roms lately, not much to fix though.
I just need something to flash. So thanks.

nice downloading now
Anyone tried this yet? Any issues?
I'm not sure why but this is the quickest and smoothest sense rom I have used. Only complaint is removal of friendstream apk while leaving the widget in, I like friendstream so I pushed it back in. Also I was having a lot of problems with apps not starting, I had the same problem when I tried zram and I ran zram disable and those problems stopped.
But anyway great job. This is my current daily. Also is there any network tweaks in place, I seen better dbi numbers
I agree, this is one of the quickest roms ive ran. It was late last night so I only has the chance to install v 1, ill install 1.1 later.

For some reason after the first install i had problems opening some apps too, but i just wiped dalvik and cache and rebooted, and all has been fine since.
I forgot i left zram enabled by default in versions 1.0 and 1.1, if you want to dissable it run zram dissable from a terminal emulator. I have been having issues with zram also. I believe tiny said he is going to give up on it. When he releases a new kernel it will likley not have zram.
No network tweaks radio (call) wise, but there are several 3g speed tweaks in the build.prop
Thanks for the feedback guys, glad you like it.
Is there a mirror somewhere? The DL speed is terrible from the link listed. It's cool if not, I can just be patient.

Awesome, thanks man!
Updated op with MediaFire link ( http://www.mediafire.com/?d008by004bmibr4 ), and put my old slow server as a mirror.
I'm having the same problems opening apps, a restart solved it. I also disabled zram.
Still on version 1 though. So far so good besides the apps not starting.

My button backlights don't seem to be working. I'll reflash tomorrow as it's getting late tonight.
I flashed v1.1, I disabled zram again I got multiple reboots. Stock+ seemed to like zram, I never got any restarts.
But this rom seems very stable and the battery life is pretty good so far.
Edit: I was getting some weird graphic glitches on v1, the status bar would be messed up on one end and the lockscreen silent bar was rotated 90 degrees for some reason. Not sure if you fixed it but it's gone now.

Button back lights are off by default on versions 1.0 and 1.1, something else i forgot to remove. If you want them on, remove the "SoftkeyLedsOff" file from the /etc/init.d folder.
This rom is basicly my current daily setup that i put together as a rom, and i forgot to remove some things that i had dissabled / enabled that others might not like.
The lockscreen vol slider being vertical is an issue with the ota release, and is usually not noticed as the sense lockscreen is usually over it. The lockscreen this rom uses however is the default android system lockscreen. I use widget locker (great app), so that is why i had the sense lockscreen dissabled. If you want the sense "lense" lockscreen back adb push the file below to /system/app, or manually use root explorer to move it to /system/app and set the correct owner (root), group (root), and permissions (rw-r--r--). http://dinc.does-it.net/APKs/Stock_HTC_Lock_Screen/HtcLockScreen.apk
The glitch on the left side of the notification bar has something to do with either the quicksetting mod, or the notification pull down transparency. I will take a look and see what i can do.
Updated to version 1.2
Only minor fixes, see change log in the second post.

Q: Why aren't you using AROMA?
A: Because AROMA is broken on newer phones. It freezes, touch screen is inaccurate, and the colors are way off. For now, a regular install is best. Most of the apps that have been taken out can be reinstalled from viperControl.
Q: How do I access viperControl?
A: Open Terminal Emulator, type "su" (without quotes), accept the Superuser prompt, type "vc" (without quotes) and you're in! Poke around, there is a lot more functionality coming. It is a little bare now because this is a new device and not everything works the same way. More features will come
Q: When is the next update? (Also known as the dreaded "ETA" question)
A: PLEASE do not ask this. You may not think it's a big deal, but it drives me a bit crazy. We are very open and always let you know when something is in the works. When we have news, we will let you know as soon as we have it.
Q: How do ROM updates work?
A: I have removed HTC OTA updates, because you don't want them on a custom ROM Instead, we will be using GooManager for updates for the ROM. We will, of course, announce when we have a new version out, but GooManager will also "ping" your device to let you know that an update is available. It will flash it for you if you are on TWRP (maybe CWM, but I haven't tried)
Q: Can I live on the "bleeding edge" and get updates ahead of time?
A: Yes and no. We do not need testers at this time, but I have decided to keep an open SVN. You can access it here. If you want to know how to use this, please read LiquidSolstice's very informative thread here. Ask the questions about setting up SVN in that thread if you need help with it, please.
Q: Ok, I don't need "bleeding edge", but I'd like to see what you are doing? Can I?
A: Sure, here is the commit log. It will tell you everything being done
Q: Do you plan to support viperROM on devices other then Sprint devices?
A: I would like to, but I can't make any promises right now.
Q: HELP! SOMETHING WENT WRONG!?
A: Don't panic. Did you read everything as the instructions said? Take another read over the information and try again. Everything should be accurate and all the info above should be sufficient to get you going.

viperROM One has launched! Please read everything in the OP and the 3rd post, it will clear up almost any questions that you have. Steve and I will be updating the thread over the weekend to make it look pretty
Please, do not hesitate to post in this thread. We are very helpful people, we love our users. Just please make sure to read everything we've written before asking questions, it gets tedious answering the same things over and over that have already been put in the thread.
For the most up to date information, keep an eye on this thread. You can also follow me on Twitter and like the viperROM page I made a while ago on Facebook.
I hope you all enjoy your phones when you get them tomorrow and I hope you all enjoy the ROM. Trust me, there is plenty of good stuff coming. You all should be excited for Steve to get the phone, he is the master of tuning these things!
Enjoy

Just one question, because there I'd no s-off yet, can I flash this like normal or do I have to do anything different like with the evo lte I think people who didn't have s-off had to flash the kernel or boot.img separate, I was always s-off so I never paid to much attention to that part

♦♦ Question and Answers by @clothednblack♦♦
Q. What is a clean flash?
A. Clean flash is as follows....
Boot to ss
Hit wipe
Slide to factory reset
Back out
Hit install
Find zip
Slide to install
This deletes everything except data. You will have to set the phone up again. All your pics and sounds and downloads are safe and will be there when you return.
Super clean install is as follows....
Boot to ss
Hit wipe
Swipe to factory reset
Back out
Hit install
Find zip
Slide to flash
Reboot.
This will wipe everything on the phone, all pics, sounds, settings, everything will be gone, except the contents of the sdcard.
Q. What is a dirty flash?
A. Dirty flash is as follows...
Boot to ss
Hit install
Find zip file
Slide to flash
Reboot.
This deletes absolutely nothing, no wipe needed.
Q.What happens when I wipe data?
A.While in Safestrap if you select the "Wipe" button, you will then be taken to a screen with three options. Here is an attempt to somewhat clarify those options.
1. Swipe to Factory Reset - This is the most common way of wiping, and what is most commonly used for installing a new ROM. This option is considered a "Clean Flash".
2. Advanced Wipe - This option is used to specify partitions to wipe. It is generally okay to select all options here EXCEPT "Micro SDcard". This can also be used when doing a "Clean Flash".
3. Format Data - DO NOT USE the "Format Data" button. If you select it by accident you are going to be required to type the word "yes" to even proceed further. You have been hereby WARNED. If you refuse to heed this warning there is a good chance you will soft brick your phone.
Q. Can I flash to a slot?
A. Yes, you sure can. Expect bugs or issues, expect the reboot option in the power menu to NOT work.
Q. How to I go back to stock?
A. Dirty flash the rom. (see above)
Q. Somethings are acting strange, is there a easy fix?
A. Boot to SS (safestrap) hit wipe, now hit advanced and check the cache and dalvik cache box's ONLY! slide to wipe, reboot system.
Q. My signal is weak, is it the rom?
A. I highly doubt that, it's related to the modem and some are better than others depending where you are. Check out other Modems here.
Q. Where can I find the add-on'?
A. In the DK store. Hit menu/system settings/device then DK rom control.
Q. My battery life isn't very good, how can I find what's going on?
A. Download "wakelock detector" and "better battery stats". Then if you are still confused, take a screenshot and post it.
Q. Where do I start??
A.On first boot, status bar will be black on home screen to make transparent it must be fixed If you want transparent. (Statusbar Gradient)
Open each respective setting and apply the color.Transparent is selected by default.
Also on first boot, there is no visible clock. You must set your style and alignment. Warning, center clock does not play well with ticker notifications ( They overlap when present, WIP)
Note about 3minit quick launch, After you tick to have or untick to remove, you need to reboot for it to remove properly.
If you are changing a lot of things like systemUi or lockscreen, Your device will hot boot to apply the change. I strongly suggest to do a full reboot after you are done playing. (Hot reboot "can" causing battery performance issues)
Q. How do I make my status bar transparent?
A. Go to the Rom Control and then tap status bar mods. Go down and tap "Status Bar Gradients." Now there should be 2 color options, just tap a color, then tap the box on the bottom right because that is the transparent. Do the same for the second color.
Q. Why is the jome button is not turning on the screen?
A. There is a toggle for it in Rom control, under hardware keys.
Q. Is off topic discussion allowed here?
A. Absolutely not, take it somewhere else..... Of course it's allowed here. We all love to chat, showoff, brag, and keep others in the loop. It's a big family in here!
Q. Reboot toggle isn't working?
A. It's a WIP, fix is in the works.
Q. AOSP lockscreen isn't working?
A. It's a WIP, fix is in the works.
Q. How do I check apn settings?
A. Settings>Networks>More Networks>Mobile Networks>Access Point Names
From here, you can reset to default by hitting menu/reset to default

Thank you sir! Hopefully it will be well received here.
Let me introduce myself, some of you know me, a lot of you don't!
I am the developer of Dynamic Kat. Originally for the AT&T Note 3 found here.
This is your ROM, I will custom tailor it to fit your needs. I am always open to request. You want to contribute to the rom, thats great! I will include it in Rom Control and everyone can use it.
I try to run a nice relaxing home here. DK is more than just a rom. It is a group of people hanging out doing the things they enjoy TOGETHER. We all work together to make it a nice easy going friendly place to be.
Hope you all enjoy my work!
Brian
Very glad to have been part of the beta testing for this AWESOME rom, bri315317 did an amazing job with this release and I expect only greatness to come. The rom is super smooth, data works, MMS works, root works (remember to flash the super-su update in OP!)... It's just overall sweet.
