[Q] Can read sim card information, but cannot connect to service - One (M7) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I just flashed a RUU and baseband seems okay. But When I setup my phone, It prompt me to choose carrier & APN and I can see my sim card menu in app drawer, which means it can read my sim card's information. The problem is there is no signal and no service.
It's a M7_UL phone, Hong Kong version.

Found new network menu when I plugged in my SIM card (Tencent version)

Just got the phone I found this menu in the network settings I can Add/Delete/Insert numbers
Could anyone explain what it is?

Note 9 VOLLTE Support

My Galaxy Note 9 has in the settings for VOL LTE Support, but is there a way to know if your SIM Card Supports VOLLTE, I followed this but i'm not 100% sure if this is correct

Change SIM number?

Hi everyone, I wanted to ask you if you know any program that inserts / modifies the number of your SIM, obviously the number information, not the phone number to call. Until recently I used the SIM Editor program, which changes the information on the SIM number (with root), but with Android 10 it doesn't work. On the Play Store I have not found anything about it.

getting this symbol even tho the sim is installed and tried doing everything even odin didnt work CP installed ok butno signals the sim app reads the carrier but thats about it
