RIL means calls, messages, mobile data, etc... everything related to your sim.

From my expirience i did a dalvik, cache and data wipe, do not delete system because you'll get a bootloop...
I have installed it and rom is really fast and stable, only i have debloated it more.

installed this rom first thing after I bought the phone as I wanted to restore my apps from previous phone etc plus I don't like stock roms in general but root checker says it's not rooted? Did i miss some steps (not that it is complicated to fallow)?

Install process
New beta's are submitted at the end of each week, or bi-weekly. It is required, that in between each beta update, a full wipe of System,Data,Dalvik Cache, and Cache is performed. Dirty flashing each update WILL generate more issues than allegedly current within the beta software. We will not provide support to users who did not perform those pre-flashing requirements. If you can't afford to lose current data, or perform a backup, then this program isn't your cup of tea.

We hold all of Google's up-to-date stagefright patches with several media bypass blocks and kernel modifications. We also ship with private signature keys for an extra security. What's AOSP?
AOSP is Android as Google publish without other modifications. More or less AOSP is the Nexus devices stock rom without gapps.

I flashed it in my sprout8 with sprout4_to_sprout8 converter, but it didn't boot. I waited for 30mins or maybe more. It was stuck on the boot animation.

What's AOSP?
AOSP is Android as Google publish without other modifications. More or less AOSP is the Nexus devices stock rom without gapps.
We added few non-AOSP features for a better user experience and we NOT going to add something other.

-OK the ROM booted but WiFi, Bluetooth and many things not working...(not at all daily driver)
-very early built but kudos to developer to try pie on very weak phone...
-modify the ROM (script updater -google it) from sprout 4 to sprout via notepad to install ROM without error...
Can you port it to CUBOT CHEETAH 2?
Can you please create a stable version.
