Make sure twrp has the correct memory choice selected. Either internal or external. Whichever you saved them to.

Downloaded custom rom on internal sd
Then as said delete that rom zip just as you delete any file .
To do it from you're device just download es file explorer from the play store and go to the files and delete them there

Backup's of HTC ONE

Can I still use HTC backup to dropbox. Or Google backups. Or isit easier just to use my cwm recovery for nandroid's and use advanced restore to just restore data back to phone as I would like to try flashing a custom rom. Thanks

Did you delete them from your internal SD card? If you did, then you can't really get them back

I extracted both zip files to my Downloads directory. Then, I copied the apk to /system/priv-app and the audioeffects file to /system/etc and /vendor/etc. Make sure you rename the original audioeffects file before trying to copy the downloaded one.
should end with bak i did that already i think something else is wrong here coz i cant even update the audio driver now it says busy box not installed but i did install that also
