Liking this combo with metal bumper and skin - Galaxy S6 Edge Accessories

Got the black aluminum bumper with the matte black Dbrand skin on back. Liking the look on this. The bumper definitely affects the signal strength but not horribly.

Incipio Feather case for VZW G2

Just got mine today in black - best thing that ever happened to this phone, could not be happier. Super thin, smooth finish, perfect fit - no more glossy fingerprint nightmare back. I LOVE it.
That is all. Oh and shipping from DayDeal was really fast.
I've been thinking about getting one. You should post a pic.

It helps a lot with grip. It really is a perfect case IMO.
Yeah, I had preordered a Diztronic case but I'm reconsidering and thinking of purchasing this one. I like the looks of this one better, and--correct me if I'm wrong--I think this case will offer a better grip (I'm mainly after grip and small size).

I concur - the thinness and material make the grip much better. Coming from the cheap Fosmon TPU case is night and day.

I couldn't agree more. Grip is awesome! I paid for overnight shipping for this sucker as I hated the back so bad.
My only concern is that I want a tempered glass cover from iloome and while the case is BARELY gripping the sides, I see it interfering with the protector by the smallest of margins so that it won't fit properly. I put a ZAGG on it for peace of mind right now until the iloome ships, so I'll guess we'll see.

The DualPro looks sweet
Sure! It will be later today as I'm out for all day kids soccer but I know there is a thread with one that is gray. Same style and you can see where the "fit" is.
Yup, in the same boat with gray and black. Don't know which one I like better but the feel of them both is phenomenal.
Glad to hear that they're working out well, I was gonna order one myself this week.
Anyone purchase the brushed aluminum one though? I'm curious as to how that'll feel in-hand.

I ordered one but it hasn't shipped yet.
i wanted to see pictures of how the top and bottom look on the phone. is there full protection? many of these cases cut off over the corners and leave the top and bottoms exposed. i like a full frame case but all the pictures seem to show only a front and back view including the ones on their website
Here are the pictures as promised (although later than I promised so sorry about that).

WHy would you need full framing? It covers the corners and if you were to drop parallel with a side, it would hit the case edges...
Also because this phone has almost no bezel some cases will be hard to use with a screen protector.

Poetic Borderline?

Any word on a Borderline case for the M8, or any other minimal Bumpers?
im interested in this as well.
Is the main difference between Borderline and their Atmosphere case added protection? I was planning to just get an Atmosphere case from them =\

Yes, Borderline series has a clear plastic back. I really just want a band that goes around the sides
I emailed them and they are not making a borderline case for the HTC One m8 at this time nor have any plans to make one.
Anyone found something similar to the Borderline? Tpu bumper, but just frame, not with plastic back?
i am looking for one as well. i like the beautiful backing and feel of my phone, but just want something that will rest on the surface i put it on so that the phone itself doesnt get scratched

Spigen. Best fit and finish overall. I would have loved to get a version that didn't have a clear back.

They don't make clear bumper, only cases. A bumper dosent have back part

It has a translucent back, nice bumper around the phone, It makes the phone easier to grip, yet allows the great design to shine through.

This is what I have. It is a bumper case. You get to see the metal back, while it's being protected. Good enough.

That's also a nice one. Thank you for sharing. I'm always on the market for new cases, and I don't have a bumper case that I'm particularly fond of. This will be a nice addition to my collection. If you come across a case that is of comparable quality to Otterbox, that would be ideal. I don't have a case that I trust with my heart and soul quite yet

Slickwraps Leather Back

I've installed one of the Slickwraps Natural Series real leather backs on my S6 Edge. It looks really classy and makes it easier to lie on its back since it adds a bit of depth around the camera.
What do you think?
That looks nice. I am going to try one. I just got a Slickwraps Color Series back, which I also like because it looks good and and adds some grip.

Dbrand Galaxy Note 8

pre ordered my skins a while back, went for red & black carbon fiber, curious about the white marble & dragon skin tho, cant wait for them to release the green carbon fiber skins
here is a link if you're interested:

on a glass phone its pretty much a no brainer, adds grip, protects from scratches, hide smudge marks, helps you locate the fingerprint scanner - whats not to like?
has anyone else pre ordered? what did you get?

If you've applied screen protectors before then it's way easier as you don't need to look out for dust fibers, just small grains that may cause lumps, plus you can take it off and stick it back on again as long as you're careful
They provide video tutorials for each device they sell skins for.
They do front skins too but I'm not a huge fan of them
These skins by dbrand are the best! They are very thick and protect well. I just took the one off my note 5 which I bought as soon as it came out, and it is brand new looking now. The skin also came off slowly but cleanly, with no need to clean after removing. Also look for xda packs they offer at special prices.

Whatever you do, Dbrand is fine. Just don't order anything from Slickwraps....worst service I ever experienced.
I've had a dbrand skin on ALL of my past phones during at least one point or another and always go back to them. Will be ordering the Black Dragon skin because I have never tried this one yet(but looks cool) and the Hyperblack Titanium just in case I don't like the Dragon skin.
I had the Dragon Skin for Samsung s8+, looks nice, but like other posters say it's pretty easy to put on. A quick YouTube and you'll have a bunch of videos to help you.

depends on the case, i use the ringke fusion and generic tpu cases and theyre flawless, i dont think the ultra thin snap-on cases would play well with the skin but the skin is very thin

SlickWraps Alcantara Charcoal color!
I've been a dBrand user for the longest time and didn't even know this Alcantara and their Natural Leather series (which uses real alcantara and leather material to make the skins) existed. This has to be the best feeling skin there is!
Only thing negative about these is their price... got mine on black friday 60% off. They have 50% off this week also.

Looks pretty slick, how is the thickness of the alcantara skin compared to other skins you've used in the past?
I have Samsung's Black Alcantara case and I do like it, I just prefer the phone to be naked with a thin skin so this would be a good aternative
Brought this one from Easyskinz.com
It's there "GLOSS JET WHITE Skin"
It sticks well and is easy to apply but I would of liked a bit more of a shiny white. There's not really a texture to it either just feels like a sticker.
(It does come with camera, front, side cutouts too)

It's pretty thick so you won't be able to use a case on top of it, i don't like to use cases so this is perfect. It gives you alot of grip, the edges kinda feel sharp but i think over time they will soften up.
They're on sale and today is the last day i think.

As far as the bubbles, it's not that bad. I like it. But for the price slickwraps charges, I would not pay full price for it. Just seems a bit much to me for something like this. Take a needle to the bubbles to pop them, the skin will recover from hole you create when you pop them. Just be careful not to poke too hard.

The vinyl sticker can handle a lot. When you do pop it smooth it out to push any air that is trapped. If you are careful when you pop the bubble it will help.

btw take note of this:

apparently both slickwraps and dbrand have been caught brigading on reddit (downvoting any negative comments regarding their products, bad mouthing each others products, shilling, etc)
slickwraps is the worst offender it seems since they have low quality products + shipping issues
