So basically the Dev edition comes with the sim and boot loader unlocked and it has 64 Gigs of internal memory correct?and it has better rils & bands in it as well.cant you just take the rails & base bands from the dev edition and flash then through the boot loader into the T-Mobile HTC one version? I would appreciate any feed back on this topic. Thanks in advance!!!

You won't be able to flash radio until S-Off. Some people are hopeful that the radio bands are due to radio firmware rather than hardware. I'm not convinced. Basically we don't know.
I have been reading that people have been getting better signal from the T-Mobile version than the Dev edition so basically the only thing that has is more internal memory and the boot loader and sim is unlocked which we can easily do that by our self's.

if you are using a GPE or SENSE rom, then use a GPE or SENSE compatible kernel that match your version.

I wanted to know if you could just use the unlocked version ROM or if it mattered seeing as there is no AT&T version
