This ROM was created by none other than the great Martin Coulon (@martinusbe). This was created as a side project during his 'free' time while waiting for GZR's Validus & Tesla builds to update. Now if you are wondering why it is called Tipsy, you guessed it. He was actually somewhat drunk when he made it, and even now, most updates/fixes are done while happilyintoxicated, thus keeping the Tipsy motto. It was initially done for the OnePlus One as a joke, however, the love for this ROM was so huge, it found it's way out. We just couldn't keep it to ourselves. Within a few days, it had spread like wildfire to a plethora of different devices.
Tipsy has a slim base, and only the useful and necessary stuff was added, including a few extra features to keep up with the competition out there. Tipsy fully supports Layers (RRO) and has the Layers manager app built-in. CM is kept to the barest minimum here, and is only added/used ONLY as needed.
I will try to keep this updated as much as possible, but if you feel like getting the info as it comes out along with some nice graphics, check it out here:

TIPSY OS V1.5 is released Download and have fun

Just moved to this rom. It's quite awesome. Got System UI FC just during setup wizard, but that was just once. Just realized there is no way to disable 2nd empty sim icon on the status bar? Would love to have that, it's painful and eye hurting to have 2nd empty sim icon as a blob hitting the eye. Would appreciate if that's implemented. Also no CM Privacy Guard implemented? These are the core crucial features that has to be there in every rom, specially if its based on CM.

Its based on SLIM not CM

Looks so well... And the boot logo its best looking i've seen
Pretty stable, well no force closures, except for 1-or two in settings. Works well with gods kernel. And its based on slim to it has to be fast. Layers brings in amazing themes.

Downloaded and using since yesterday... One of the most amazing ROMs i have ever seen.. for Yu Yureka. To me it is way better than the Original Cynogenmod ROM. Totally enjoying it.

Even after tapping 7 times on build number "Developer options" not enabling.....

Is this ROM bugless? I'm asking because I saw somewhere that in the Beanstalk Marshmallow ROM, Miracast works and in the stock Marshmallow it doesn't. A reply would be appreciated!

i just can't access my sd card through file manager. when i try to, It keep saying "try changing to root access mode". and when i go to setting -> developer options -> " root access" already set to " Apps and ADB ". Please solve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you!

Noticed Bugs...
1. Volte not working
2. Cam crash ( flash not working properly with cam )
3. Flash toggle not work sometimes...
