Will anyone have information about this variant being able to upgrade to ICS based on this model (SC-05D). Thinking of buying this variant vs the international N7000.
Or this japan variant is really closed to N7000?
Thanks in advance

It's going to upgrade to ICS for sure. When is not curtain but there's nothing to worry about. Especially because it's the LTE version. LTE is all about speed!

The Docomo variant is more closely related to the "original" Korean variant SHV-E160 or the American variant I717, because they are equipped with the Qualcomm SnapDragon processors for the LTE bands and NFC, albeit with the exact same exterior as the N7000.
I'd definitely stay away from this model for the following reasons:
1.) It will be locked to Docomo, just like the Galaxy Nexus that they price slashed on.
2.) Development will be very limited due to low ownership of this phone in XDA.
3.) LTE bands may not work at your region due to frequency differences.
4.) It requires a MicroSIM instead of a regular sized SIM Card.

[Q] Note 3 International for AT&T

So I'm looking at getting the International version of this phone as well but I have absolutely no knowledge about the Note 3 one specifically. I can't find on samsung.com anything about it. Can somebody direct me to a spec list or tell me a little bit about which one I need and will it have LTE support? Thanks a ton!

[Q] Thinking of buying UK NOTE 4 - advice please?

Hello
I am considering purchasing the Note 4 here in the UK, my question is will I be better off trying to source the exynos version or stay with snapdragon?
I am currently with Vodafone in UK - if I go with exynos will I be able to use 4G with this?
Has anyone else in the UK got the exnos version & is there an update to Lollipop yet?
Where did you buy the exynos version?
Thanks
910u taiwan is far superior to any other. works fine in the uk but probably not on 4G.
910F for O2 has the lollipop version. mine was bought off ebay from a taiwan seller
Exynos or Snapdragon

This really depends on what kind of user you are. If you like flashing custom ROMs etc the snapdragon will serve you better.
If you just want to go for stock the Exynos outperfoms the snapdragon. The difference is small though.
There is video with a full comparison on youtube:

Goodluck with your choice

Thank you for the answer. I'm trying to figure which exynos version to buy that I can root and also have LTE from at&t.
You wouldn't happen to know this would you.

I'm wondering the same thing. I'm going to try and switch my region to see if I can buy the Exonos version. If I can, through Samsung, all we have to find out is what radio bands it has. I am going to dig around a little bit. If anyone has the answer already, a response would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

For a variety of financial and health reasons, I need to find a note 9 at a tmobile store.
I've seen posts saying they are at "selected" store but after hours of calling haven't found one.
I am finally reaching out for help, does anyone know any stores that have stock of tmobile note 9s with 512s?
If you do please message me?

Probably has credits with TMobile or something that requires them to have to buy from a TMobile store.
You are very wise and knowledgeable.
Thank you for your compassion

I think you're more likely to find a jackalope.
Hey, if those horns work on a GSM system, I'll scream in its but! ?
Where do I stick the stylus? ?
