I have the clear case and don't get a rainbow effect. I used the film from my Spigen case.

I didnt want to buy this case because I had the clear spigen and I didnt like it at all, but I decided to give it a try, it was only 11 dollars.
I am pretty impressed, my main case is an UAG ash, but it feels bulky and looks kind of thick, this one is very slick and look and feel great.
I didnt expect that from a 11 dollar case at all.
I will be using it for a while for sure.

Not only that, but the black shade of it give the phone more prestigious looks especially for golden devices glad you liked it

how's the fitment though? I just got the Ringke Slim and the fitment isn't exactly perfect.

I guess I will switch to Ringke film then btw I have a sapphire black version with ringke fusion crystal clear case, fingerprints and smudge are very much noticeable, other than that the case itself is awesome, wonder how the smoked black will look on sapphire black S6 edge

For sure it will be less visible but since I have golden one it is quite abnoctuous when it comes to my fatty fingers and their oily traces.. Ehhh... Nevertheless, it is way less than what would be if it's naked.. So for black will be just perfect! Actually looks more beautiful than golden check that review of curved protective glass here in this section the guy uses the same case but he have black device and it looks so gorgeous

It supposed to make very thin gab so it won't stick to the back of your device, plus it will protect the back if some micro debris gets between from scratching it.. At least that what I got from them
And BTW I use another back cover wider... Forgot from where I got it...

This is the best case i ever have

I got mine today & I love it. Super slim, goes really well with the Gold Platinum color, easy to handle, and one can put the phone on its face or back without scratching the phone parts.
I previously had a clear slim cover but smoke black is definitely way better.

Case for white Sprint Lg G2

I have been searching and there seems to be varying opinions on what cases will fit the Sprint version.
Getting the white G2 for the wife and she wants a white slim case for it. i was going to go with the Ringke slim (http://www.amazon.com/RINGKE-PERFECT-Premium-International-Package/dp/B00EA1XMC8) but it says it only fits the International version. Does anyone have this case for the Sprint version?
Any other slim, white cases out there for the Sprint version, hopefully around $10?
The tudia ultraslim, Diztronic and Poetic Palette dont come in white as far as i can tell, but the Tudia might be an option. Anyone have this?
Thanks

From reading and witnessing first hand, the slim cases are great for feel but the drop protection they actually provide the device is pretty horrible.
If your wife is sure handed and not prone to having the case fall off her lap while getting out of the car or having it drop on tile or go running or working out with it etc...
Then, they are some really nice ones out there, but with the $ 10 price limit it is going to be tough.
I'm using a Nillikin white case on my Sprint G2. Not bad, though not a whole lot of protection. It fits well, is slim, and I do like the texture on the back though. The stock material is way too slippery.
They come out to about $7-8 on ebay after shipping, and includes a screen protector.

I got a generic clear tpu case on eBay for under 5 bux. Fits the phone perfectly and looks gorgeous on my white (sprint) version. Dropped my phone from a few feet onto the concrete with this case and it bounced and was OK.

That one looks pretty good. Does the case go higher than the screen so when its laying face down the screen isnt touching?

Yes, it's higher than the screen by a very thin sliver. Great for a desk or table, terrible if you drop it on asphalt face down.
The sprint version is the same size as the T-Mobile version (d801) if that helps searching more.

Dont get the Ringke, I have one and I'm about to buy another case. It is slim, but the fit is too tight where sometimes the phone will actually slip out of the case on one side. Also using a car mount will sometimes force the case loose too. I'm getting the Diztronic case for the LG and be done with all these case. I'm also getting the Imagnet mount and hopefully my search for the perfect case will be over.

I really like this case as well! May have to grab it in the near future as well
I have the Red Nillkin for my white Sprint G2. Looks great, but it's not protective. I actually scuffed down the sides of it for a better grip. Not noticeable at all, but feels better in my hand.

Now I have question about that, first of all does anyone of you experienced the same stuff with your spigen case with coloured Bumper?
And as second does anyone have this case by Spigen Spigen Ultra Fit Capsule and has some bad or good experiences with it ?
LG ZUBEPLANET, the whole world is a ZUBE!!! MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!:laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:
No one ?
i had a spigen ultrafit for a few weeks. the case is quite nice. offers good protection. the clear back was outstanding. but i changed it because if the covering of ir blaster and i feared the clear back would take up a lot scratches and discolor over time so i changed it. it is a good case. but you have to be careful when placing it and also carry a microfiber cloth so you can clean the back frequently. IMO it is one of the most beautiful case.
Ok thx dude. which case do you use atm. i am searchign a minimum transparent back case. dont need to be hard case but transparent would be really nice.
other cases are nice too if they have good grip , nice look and dotn make the phone to a box

I have the ultra fit capsule... Use it a lot.
And 7 other cases... ?
What would you like to know about it?
Minimal clear? The baseus... I have that too, beats all the rest I've seen or tried in terms of thin and light.

Keys are transparent but covered by the case, so you can barely see them due to the design on the case over the button regions. The keys function excellently tho, unlike most other cases where the keys are covered and the fit and cut-outs are excellent with no discoloration of the case.
It's a sticky, hardgel-like case. Very protective of the phone and guarded all around with perfect grip.
It does add thickness around sides and back tho - no way a thin case. At least +6mm to all sides. But it's smaller in volume than other non-transparent cases, by far. You can feel the added size of the case on the phone, especially on the depth of the phone (6mm or so).
It's more of a gel bumper all around the phone.

Anyone Have The Green Emerald? What Case Do You Use?

I know the green has been limited in availability, but having literally scoured google, I can find barely anything on the green and suitable cases. Literally just 1 or 2 images.
So if you're lucky enough to have the green, could you share some pics of your phone in a case. Lots of cases are generically suitable for black/white/gold, but that green seems like it's going to be hard to match without just going crystal clear.
I have a green. And I use Ringke case. Cannot put link to Amazon. And I use a foil back and front

I bought a wallet type case for when I need additional front protection and/or use it as a stand for watching videos. Blue on green isn't too bad, makes the phone very low profile though, can't see the gorgeous green emerald. I also have the Ringke Fusion when I want to show it off

What rear glass protector are you using with the rigke case, I've got a cheap case on at the moment and it's peeled my back screen protector so just ordered this case and will put a new back protector on.
Your case doesn't do the "stuck to the protector" look that mine does either...

ringke comes with a back protector, but i don't recall it being matte like his
I use the Spigen FlexHD back protector and it is not matte either. I do find the Ringke attracts fingerprints and dust like crazy, no sooner do I wipe off the back, the prints and dust are back.
Used it naked, green 64gb
Seems a green case could a final solution for this thread, checked on eBay and Amazon and find out a green one, maybe you may think of it's tiffany, anyway,I'd rather have this one with soft green color instead a solid green one.
http://goo.gl/2LI6XT
I have one, i'm using this case (Neo Hybrid CC Gold) with my phone and have received many compliments. I have also a caseology wavelength, but i very much like the looks of the transparent spigen.

Pictures: Ringke Slim case and Plason tempered glass with proximity sensor cutout

disclaimer: I wanted a very thin case. I don't like huge cases. I understand that there is limited drop protection. I am only interested in having a minimal lip so that the camera or screen do not scratch when I set the device down.
I started with the spigen case and screen protector. Screen protector covered the proximity sensor making the screen turn black during calls regardless of proximity. The case fit well but felt cheap. Design was too bulky despite being marketed as a slim case. Not necessarily becuase it was not thin, but all the corners were too squared off.
So here is the new setup. The case feels good, I wish there was a matted and smoked version, but this will do. The plastic does feel a bit slick. It definitely feels more secure in my hands naked as compared to the case.
The screen protector works perfectly. It has an oleophobic coating that works pretty well too. There is a proximity cutout so the screen does not cut off during calls. The fit is great, goes out all the way to the edges, and the cutouts are very precise. The screen protector comes in a hard cardboard box for shipping, included is a wet/dry wipe and a dust absorber film that worked well.

unfortunately I dont have the Ringke Fusion. I would be curious how long it will take for the clear TPU portion of that case to start turning yellow tho
Did you end up with bubbles or nah
one on the top right that i may have to go back and fix if it doesnt go away. bubbles is very much an installation issue though
I can't see the pictures. There's only a grey minus logo.

I got the exact same case. It came today and I set up my 5x. I don't mind the feel of the case too much. Sides feel more trippy than Nakey. My big complaint is that it creaks to all [email protected]*k. It fits well and like you I like the lip over screen but have you tried popping it off?. Will do till another one comes along.

thin cover

hi guys, I have a problem to use covers, as I have small hands the normal covers increase the width in the phone, so it is more difficult to use it with one hand, there is a cover with very thin edges that is reliable and compatible with the film whitstone?
I like very much pitaka cover but can't see carbon design, l'm loooking for some similar cover.
http://r.ebay.com/WdHOkZ
Here's mine... I have black and blue versions. Bought many different low cost cases, and some more expensive ones like spiegen for example, but keep coming back to this one as it adds minimum bulk and keeps the original feel of the phone. Plus the stand is magnetic and comes really handy.

I can totally understand u need...
I have few of them...
Spigen is thin but not thin enough...
The best I found is Samsung thin case... It's the thinned u will get... But very slippery
Baseus makes something very similar.. Nice colors and slippery again...
What I have done now is I have put a clear slickwrap back of device on the cases to make it Less slippery...
Here are some pics if the Baseus case...

do note if you own the midnight black note 8 and if you order the transparent black, it will not be a fully black case.. the logo will not be visible as how its advertised (but im okay with that. does still look nice)
