You wont see them until after they have pushed officially.
And then, any Developer XT1053 or XT1060 images will get posted to Moto's web site -> https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/standalone/bootloader/recovery-images

In case you don't wanna use RSD Lite/You own a Mac:
MANUAL FLASHING
Much easier AND don't have to deal with getting RSD Lite to work....
Note - this was done on VZW variant, and based on XML file of that particular firmware. Get these instructions from your firmware package XML file.
Note 2 - VERY IMPORTANT!!! - You MUST use mfastboot (Moto fastboot) for the system.img flash as its too large for standard Android fastboot to handle, your flash WILL fail if you use standard fastboot. Hence why it says "mfastboot" this is not a typo.
fastboot oem fb_mode_set
fastboot flash partition gpt.bin
fastboot flash motoboot motoboot.img
fastboot flash logo logo.bin
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
mfastboot flash system system.img
fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
fastboot erase modemst1
fastboot erase modemst2
fastboot flash fsg fsg.mbn
fastboot erase cache
fastboot erase userdata
fastboot erase customize
fastboot erase clogo
fastboot oem config carrier vzw
fastboot oem fb_mode_clear
Note: this is all done using fastboot/mfastboot/adb manually on your command prompt/terminal.
Good luck.

Not any different from the return to stock guide. Not sure why you thought your X would be any different.
i would consider skipping... fastboot oem config carrier vzw since you don't have a Verizon device.
Also, consider using mFastboot instead of fastboot for all commands.

How do I go back to complete stock?

I cracked my screen and so I'm going to send it to Motorola. My bootloader is unlocked and I'm on marshmallow. How would I got back to 5.1 on lollipop with the boot loader locked?
Sent from my XT1095 using Tapatalk
Basically this.
If you're having trouble with your phone, you should flash the latest full factory firmware, in bootloader mode, using fastboot. Look for the newest firmware for your specific device model:
http://www.filefactory.com/folder/dd05c058d3ff8dbe/
http://motofirmware.center/files/
Only flash the latest Lollipop so as not to get bootloader troubles. Boot into bootloader mode, with adb and fastboot in the same folder as the firmware files, press Shift+Right click in that folder, Open command prompt here, paste these commands one by one, so you can check for errors. FIRST CHECK THE NUMBERS ON YOUR "system.img_sparsechunk" files:
fastboot -w
fastboot flash partition gpt.bin
fastboot flash motoboot motoboot.img
fastboot flash logo logo.bin
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.0
fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.1
fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.2
fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.3
fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.4
fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.5
fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.6
fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.7
fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.8
fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
fastboot erase modemst1
fastboot erase modemst2
fastboot flash fsg fsg.mbn
fastboot -w
fastboot reboot

[rom]stock+[mm][06/29/16] is a mod rom.
If u wanna back to stock , u can find it here
Hope this helped.
Flashing steps as provided by Motorola site:
Unzip the image and copy all file to fastboot utility directory.
Put your device in fastboot mode.
NOTE: You can use the Motorola or Android fastboot utility to flash (included in the Darwin/, Linux/ or Windows/ directory).
Follow the flashing steps in the .xml file that was included in the package.
A typical flashing sequence includes all these partitions, but might vary depending on your product - so please use the sequence in the .xml file in your package.
E.g:
fastboot getvar max-sparse-size
fastboot oem fb_mode_set oem
fastboot flash partition gpt.bin
fastboot flash motoboot motoboot.img
fastboot flash logo logo.bin
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.0
fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.1
fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.2
fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.3
fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.4
fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.5
fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.6
fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.7
fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.8
fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.9
fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
fastboot erase modemst1
fastboot erase modemst2
fastboot flash fsg fsg.mbn
fastboot erase cache
fastboot erase userdata
fastboot erase customize
fastboot erase clogo
fastboot oem fb_mode_clear
fastboot reboot
WARN: it's a factory reset / clean flash. Plz keep your data safe.
Thank you.
I want to use MM on my Moto, but the Rom from the link doesn't work really good.
Which rom could I use instead of this?
It has to be exactly for the XT1092 right?
You can use CM13 instead.
My link (firmware.center/firmware/Motorola/Moto%20X%20%282nd%20gen-2014%29/Stock/XT1092/) is exactly for the XT1092. But the XT1092 has some retail versions. I know reteu - France, and as I understand some other European countries, retde - Germany, retin - India, retgb - England, retes - Spain (not sure).
If ur Moto is in stock. U can found your retail version in Setting > About phone > System version (xx.xx.xx.victara_reteu_reteuall.en.EU retin).
I ran the 1095 stock on my 1092 for months without problems. You can find it in the thread "XT1095 6.0 flashable stock ROM" by AGISCI. Just a search and a TWRP flash away.
Please don't spread out misleading information without investigating...

Looking for XT1094 5.1 Stock Image

Hi,
I've given my minor daughter a Republic XT1094 with firmware version lpe23.32-39-R-28 (5.1). I rooted it and flashed TWRP so that parental control software could be installed (please don't address the ethics here as there was a child safety issue). Unfortunately, she managed to mess up the phone badly enough that I need to flash back to stock image to get the parental control software back on there. I grabbed a pds.img before this happened but, unfortunately, didn't get a NAND backup.
Any idea where I can find a stock image and how I can flash it?
Thanks,
Doc
Try https://firmware.center/firmware/Motorola/Moto%20X%20%282nd%20gen-2014%29/Stock/XT1094/VICTARA_REPW_XT1094_5.1_LPE23.32-39-R-28_cid6_CFC.xml.zip using fastboot.

Wait, how were you able to flash TWRP on XT1094 with 5.1 if the bootloader can't be unlocked?

MetroPCS Moto e5 play xt1921-3 baseband / imei missing

Attempted to root & install TWRP, went to revert to stock, through about 6 different ROM variants for this phone, none of which have restored either the imei or baseband, some help/ insight would be amazing right about now
Did you ever figure this out, if not i can help you, i have had to restore both of them about 50 times, and i have an automated way of doing it, at this point. hit me up if you still need help.
for those having this problem, this is only for the MetroPCS variant xt1921-3 James model, flash back to stock build JAMES_T_OCP27.91-150-5-1_cid21_subsidy-MPCS_RSU_regulatory-DEFAULT_CFC from the bootloader using these commands -
fastboot oem fb_mode_set
fastboot flash partition gpt.bin
fastboot flash dsp adspso.bin
fastboot flash bootloader bootloader.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash logo logo.bin
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
fastboot erase modemst1
fastboot erase modemst2
fastboot flash fsg fsg.mbn
fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.0
fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.1
fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.2
fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.3
fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.4
fastboot erase DDR
fastboot erase cache
fastboot erase userdata
fastboot flash oem oem.img
fastboot flash vendor vendor.img
fastboot oem fb_mode_clear
fastboot reboot
- after you flash and reboot, it will boot up normally, setup up a wifi connection on it and it will tell you there is a new security update. Let it download and install the update, once finished, it will boot up and your baseband and IMEI will be working again.
What did you do to mess those up? I just got this phone, used to love doing this stuff, but it's become such a pain in the a$$ to just use a device I paid for like I want. I don't want that kind of problem. On a Samsung, that problem woud occur if your baseband and modem didn't match properly and the fix was to reflash the correct ones. Might not help you in this case tho.
