My mobile phone suddenly stop touching and Adzer to close it and opening of new works

Hi everyone,
When I try to use my phone while charging, the touch screen sometimes becomes almost unresponsive.
However, it starts running perfect as soon as I unplug it. Is this the normal scenario for most of the Galaxy S users out there?
The only application I have running at the time is LauncherPro.

OS of my My Galaxy Note 1 upgraded to JB. Was running fine for 3 days. But when I turned on accessibility, the phone has stopped responding touch and to scroll below to the settings to turn off the accessibility.
What to do now? Phone has become unusable.

A strange screen. What can be the work around .
My phone detects the s pen as soon as it is withdrawn from phone. After about a minute it stops working and you have to re-insert pen and pull out again to continue. S note app is still active while pen is out. Just stops detecting pen totally. My phone is 920c , stock Rom, unrooted.
Any ideas?
Hello everyone,
Small issue. My galaxy note 5 as of yesterday would work ok. When I get a text that little window would appear and show a portion of the text and what it said. This morning I get texts and it shows up top in the notification screen but not the pop up like it use to. I have went into settings turned off tested back on tested. Restarted phone, powered off phone with the same result. Any ideas.
