What is AICP?
AICP is known by someone as Ice Cold Project that started on Desire HD and since than evolved as a mature rom with the BEST community you can find!!!
Rom has always been AOKP based so expect all AOKP goodies + new additions.
If there are any bugs, either we will sort them or AOKP team if it conserns their modifications. This rom isn't AOKP supported so no need to report errors or bugs to them!!

You are STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing, and if possible avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup - these can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug. If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience strange behavior.

How to flash:
Instructions
Make sure you have CWM installed and a working nandroid backup
Download the ROM.
Place the ROM on your SD-Card.
Extract boot.img included in zip and fastboot flash it via Flashtool or CMD
Reboot to recovery.
Wipe data-factory reset/cache partition/dalvik cache
Flash the ROM.
Optional- Flash GApps.
Reboot and Enjoy AICP!
ROM has gapps persistance in between dirty flashes

Flashing
Amazing rom with many tweaks the only problem is with the sd card, can't remove apps in it doesn't show on the apps section.

How is the mic volume?

Nope. I believe that's a known issue then. Try to switch off Wi-Fi while playing through bluetooth.

Used the first release before this thread was created. Has every feature I can ever think of in a ROM yet it was solid and stable. Havent tried the second release yet.

Can I flash it on my 4.4.4 Neowave ?

I flashed boot.img with Flashtool first.

when coming from aosp/omni/cm blabla u don't need to fastboot flash the kernel, its only when coming from stock to avoid "error 7" status in recovery while flashing.
u only need to full wipes as omni cm aokp pac have different base and dirty flash will be a mess ; trust me

read back what i said...if u coming from stock u DO need to fastboot flash provided kernel...if u coming from a non stock or non stock based rom, u DON'T need to flash it.

How is your battery life? I am not impressed but it was first charge.

How can enable external card to move apps in it because i love this rom. The card issue is annoying

PREREQUISITE FOR OTA:
To be able to flash over OTA app, TWRP recovery is needed.

You can still use CWM and OTA app, but only to download zip file and flash it manually from within recovery. Zip gets saved under AICP_ota folder on your internal SDcard.

I've been rocking your aicp_jfltespr_lollipop-1.0RC0-UNOFFICIAL-20150208, this ROM is a beast! THat new boot animation is insane!! All the customization and features I need are included.
I kept checking the official builds but didnt see anything lol. It's all good tho as these unofficial builds kick ask!

Downloading now. I'm glad to see this get an official release, the unofficial one has been a lot of fun to tinker with and see all that I could get done.

If it's built like the Unofficial build semdoc made prior then no. In the instructions subheader it says just flash the ROM and then gapps and you're good to go so have fun.

It's an incredible ROM and we're all very lucky to get the "official" treatment. It's without a doubt the most advanced Lollipop out there for our device, and it runs smoooooooth and flawlessly. Thanks semdoc!

GPS Lock Problems
Thanks for the awesome ROM! The only issue that I am having is with the GPS. I can not seem to get a lock no matter what I do. Do you have any recommendations?

I'm able to get a lock, but I have noticed on the Release build that the phone is staying awake all the time. I haven't had a lot of time to track it down, but I think at least part of it is related to location services. Could this issue be contributing?

As stated before, besides GPS, this is a pretty smooth rom . Lots of options. Thanks for this :good:

Installed on my 720T and everything seems to be running good so far. My GPS seems to be working as well.

What Gapps do I use ? Does someone have a link ?

Need to check that.... Which recovery did you used during flash?

I flashed the ROM last night and everything is working fine.
I had a 45 minute call and no problems with audio quality during the call.
The only issue, which of common, is the LED being very dim.
Not a deal breaker, I have a smart band for notifications.
Much appreciated to the AICP team.

Well. Out of thanx !! Nice to hear that! :good:

If it's any consolation, I used TWRP 2.8.4.0 to flash the ROM, restored all apps with TB, let that settle down then flashed M5 v3 kernel and I have no issues.
Though I am very impressed with AICP, as usual, I've been down with Lord's work since DHD sense days and when the team dropped AICP on the OneX, been rocking with ya'll since day one

I really love this Rom!
Maybe you could use loudspeaker fix from infected_ ?
It is working

I test it with MultiRom. Works without any Problem ... :good:

Oddly enough, after a few reboots it seems all is well., or the issue was just with the hangouts dialer. So happy there's the option to turn notification lights off in the menu. Thanks for this awesomeness.
Edit: Mom is also very appreciative, as she always whined about there being echoing and stuff on the previous stock/roms I used.

Walkman working bad.
Sony Walkman 8.5.A.2.10 working very bad. Rom is awesome but still have little error.

No they're not included, and never will be. You will need to download some yourself, any that was working in other LP ROM's should work fine here.

Android Ice Cold Project​
AICP is known by everyone as Ice Cold Project that started on Desire HD and since then evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community you can find!!!
Until Lollipop, Rom has always been AOKP based. Unfortunately, since AOKP either stopped development or will make a comeback later this year, we changed our base to CM when it comes to hardware, drivers and some features.
If there are any bugs, either we will sort them or CM team if it concerns their modifications. This rom isn't CM supported so no need to report errors or bugs to them!!

INSTRUCTIONS:-
ROMS should contain everything you need to enjoy Lollipop. You are not required to install any Add Ons, simply download the latest ROM, gapps, flash it, and go!
You are STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing, and if possible avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup - these can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug. If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience strange behavior.
How to flash:

ROM has gapps persistance in between dirty flashes

Have flashed the ROM. Seems good with no primary problems as such

no options to change network from 2G to 3G
otherwise ROM working fine.
No FC or reboots.

Unfortunately... Not for now. Be'coz building official needs some changes for RIL (Radio Interface Layer) and these changes may affect other 3gxx and ltexx devices..
Maybe in the future, when serranods get official status on CM too..
But; @k2wl will post here unofficial builds... And he's doing great job with bringing AICP to serranods ! Thanx Man :good::good:

@k2wl, what about update will you provide them here only or we have to go to some other AICP ROM thread/DL link which is available for 3G & LTE variants? So far this ROM is doing well no major issues :good:

When you switch on/off weather on lock screen 'systemui' will restart as mentioned, it kind of freezes for a moment after that its all ok , no issues as you are facing.

Dirty install over cm11.
Lockacren weather on/off workings good for me, no fc.
Is there any chance the theme or other mod is installed?

it was a clean new install over -I9192UBUCNK1-20141217100919-BVO
plus
cleaned with philz_touch_6.48.4-serranodsub
perhaps link2sd make problems ?, no problem I will wait the next release.

I have one problem....I flashed it clean...even formated media storage..after first reboot i started installing apps freshly from play store...then I rebooted and my music fc error comes again after reboot...help needed

Yea, I wrote about system UI FC here . I don't think its about weather service. Once you update gapps and reboot, phone goes into system FC which you cannot recover from.

i did both checking and non checking nuplayer...but music fc remains...

When I download 'll test and say here if it acts a problem.

Been using it since 2 days , no FC's , running smooth. Great Work.

I'm using this rom, and so far it's been the best. Fluid, stable and beautiful. I have not noticed any bugs yet, except for the translation errors for PT-BR, I hope the dev can keep it updated as well as cyanogenmod, congratulations man! great job!

Is volte working in this ROM.

I installed the ROM and everything works.
But my first Sim automatically doesn't show up after sometime. This happened in other ROM too.
Is there a fix for this problem?

You have to go in settings and select 2g for second sim amd 4g for first then select the apn for first sim and select first sim default for data
