and I have made The Pull-down menu become transparent
So I want to know how to make the notification panel become transparent

In settings-status bar you have options to change battery status style, show clock, show battery status percent, signal status style, show notification count, double tap to sleep.

Kitkat style is possible on Jelly Bean using themes; but i dont think it is possible on official ICS.
Although highly doubtful, Check exposed however as your last resort for any modules.

I think he meant the wallpaper kind of status bar marshmallow has

I know what you said.....i think of course for this tablet we have not any way to have status bar like stock roms on custom rom.

Use vibe lite rom.
I won't give link. Search for it in roms section.

Unfortunately this rom has a bug, it doesn't desplay notifications from play store or google on lockscreen, otherwise the rom is really great .. if u know a solution for that it would be great!
