Official Accessories are now up on Samsung website - Galaxy Note5 Accessories

http://www.samsung.com/us/mobile/cell-phones-accessories

I heard the coupon are now not 50% off when you get a new phone for the accessories.

As nice as the fast charging wireless charging sounds there's no way I'm spending 70 dollars on a charger. I'll wait until 3rd party ones are released for a decent price then maybe go for it then.

They have coupon codes for 50% off? I saw someone else post above that they're not 50% off anymore, but 50% off of that price I'd buy one!

they used to be 50% off. that's what I used to use during my note 2, 3, and note edge time. I just registered my note 5 and the coupon is 30% off now.

I'm definitely getting the wireless charger for next to the bed. In black.

Registered my phone and they sent me a coupon code for 30% off 59.99 or less.

It's $70 dollars dude. Get a slow charger (that probably is easier on the battery anyway). Use the fast charger somewhere you are likely to need to give it a quick charge like out in the kitchen or something.

GN2 Spare Battery Charging System/Stand

I just ordered this with the 50% off coupon:
http://www.samsung.com/us/mobile/cell-phones-accessories/EB-H1J9VMAGSTA
To me, it seemed like a no-brainer: a portrait/landscape stand with a spare battery charger built in PLUS it comes with a spare battery for the SAME PRICE as a replacement battery. I've always liked having a desktop dock so i can easily use my phone as an alarm clock, but with the usb on the bottom of this phone, it'd mean that the dock will be in portrait mode. Although i'll need to manually connect the USB to charge the phone while it's on the stand, i'll be able to have it in landscape mode while charging, plus i can use the same USB to either charge the phone or the spare battery.
Can anyone think of any drawbacks of this? I was eyeing the smart-dock, but (besides being out of stock), it lists at $100, so even with the 50% off, it's still expensive and only works in portrait. (I'm going to pick up the MHL 7 to 11 pin adapter so that i can use my old MHL with this phone for HDMI instead, so i see no need for the more expensive dock.)
Has anyone seen/bought one of these or had one for a different phone?
-d
I also jumped in on this deal for the 50% off price and having an extra battery to rotate.
I really want that multimedia dock though...

50% off? Do you have a special or is it usually $100 for that battery and charging stand?
I got a 50% off coupon code when i registered my phone, but i think there's also another 50% off deal floating around out there:

Charge stand is $49.99 but with 50% off is $24.99, as stated there is a code floating around these forums, or register your phone.
The multimedia stand is $99 but is not in stock yet.
Perfect!! Just what I was looking for... rather than carrying a car charging kit when I travel it is much easier for me to keep an extra charged battery I can pop if it gets low.
But with 6 hours screen time, I don't think that will happen very often!
And now its gone...I have to keep an eye on this because its an awesome deal.

If the dock actually charges the phone while it's docked, it would have been amazing. Otherwise, it's an okay deal for a battery and charger.
You can get the OEM charger dock without the battery on ebay for about $10 bucks

It does not charge the battery within the phone when it's dock.

I have one for my original galaxy note, however I'm not sure if I should spend the money on this since the battery is so massive in this phone I haven't been able to kill it in almost a week now. Having an extra battery that I would almost never use is kind of a waste isn't it?

You maybe right. Most of us will still have charge left after 12 hours of pretty use. Since the phone is new, I've been using it a lot, configuring, testing, etc. Yet at the end of the day, I am still staring at 40%. But for $25, which include A/C charger, battery charger/holder, and the included battery, it is a hard deal to pass up. It will come in handy on a long day at the amusement park.

I think you misunderstood. I didn't mean my phone has lasted all week long on a single charge haha. I mean every day I'm going to sleep (long 17 hour days) and the phone is still on 20-40 percent depending on how badly I abuse it. The only day I killed it to 0% was the first day I got it because my battery came charged to about 55%
Ever notice looking on ebay for extra batteries look at the supposedly oem samsung battery..Many pictures don't have the watermark sticker on them....It should have them on the top ..opposite side where the pins are. anyone else notice that?

[TIP] Don't buy a fast charger for your car

I did the mistake of purchasing a fast charger for my car (2000ma).
Now, don't get me wrong, the fast charger works great and charge the phone as fast as the original charger at home. The problem is that when you fast charge, and use other battery intensive applications (like WAZE), the device will become very hot. Such high temperature will shorten the battery lifespan (and as you remember, we can't replace batteries with the G2, so we better take care of it).
I find that with my 500ma car charger, this is about the drain that is being sucked up by GPS navigation, so while you won't charge up the phone, you won't lose battery either, and it won't get hot.
I'm sticking with a slow charger for the car (simply because the phone is active most of the time it is being charged in the car, in contrast to home), and so should you if battery health is important for you.
We can replace them just not easily swap them.

I saw the video of dismantling the LG2's back cover to replace battery. Most people will break their phone while trying to remove the back cover. Moreover, those who have 2 years warranty and like to keep the phone 2 years, will lose warranty if they try to replace the battery themselves (and through the manufacturer, replacing the battery will cost a small fortune).

It's 6 months+ if half the phone is paid for, otherwise a year. Still a rip off considering 20$ is subsidized in your bill no matter.
Thankfully the battery is so good I have absolutely no need to charge in the car.

Yeah, it's a rip off. If you stay with the G2 for 2 years you are paying $400+ in the edge charge alone. I'm not paying for it so I'm not complaining.

(Q) Anyway to Tell if Quick Charge is Active?

I've got an n6, and quick charge works MUCH faster on it. Is it possible Motorola borked the implementation on our phone?

The moto website says that the quick charge only works when the battery is near dead, and slows down as it gets more charge. It's possible the moto x with it's smaller battery slows down faster than the nexus 6 in an attempt to maintain battery life.
You could try something like Battery Monitor Widget from the Play store to see what's going on.
I purchsed the Moto Turbo Charger and I am disapointed in the results. My stock charger seems to charge as fast then this does when I am 50% or above. It does seem to charge a bit quicker when 10% to 20% but with a $35 price I wouldnt spend the money again. I was lucky to have recieved the charger from Moto with a $25 off coupon and $5 shipping.
I got the $25 coupon for it being out of stock every time I went to buy it. Just chat to complain.

Samsung is running a promo on the older wireless chargers right now. They are buy one get one free.

OH well, i plan on using it to charge overnight on my night stand anyway so it doesn't need to be fast. If i need fast charge i'll just plug it in.
I have the fast charge pad and it's awesome (not the stand one).
Anyone else notice the different animations you get when you plug in at the bottom or place on the round wireless charger? Plug in at bottom you get a little animation of electricity flowing up briefly. Place on the wireless you get a similar thing but it's a circular animation from center outwards.

They both were showing they were valid until 3/19. I have a feeling the fast charge probably ran out of stock since they still have them, but link you to buy them elsewhere online or in store.
The wireless chargers are back ordered, I originally pre ordered one before I got the phone. And they sent me a email saying it was back ordered then I went ahead and did this deal also since my wife needed one. And the same a day later got a back ordered email.

I missed out on the deal too thinking a had a couple days left to order it. In my ignorance, I didn't think they would sell out so quickly. I spoke to Samsung via live chat and they tried to tell me the promo ended on 3/17. However, I explained that I saw it said 3/19 and she asked me to call customer service to see if they could help me out. I sat on hold for 58 minutes before finally hanging up to go to a meeting at work. Now I'm wondering if it's worth grabbing two of the non-fast chargers for $35 after 30% coupon before the sale ends today. However, the reviews of this non-fast pad make it seem unreliable. I currently use my old Samsung S4 wireless pad now when I sleep with no issues.

New battery 910T? Best place to buy?

I tried waiting at Samsung web site for over 3 weeks for a battery, with no response, I have 2 note 4, black and white for me and my wife...
my 4 older Samsung batteries and 2 charger kits and they don't hold a charge anymore, from about 10 - 15 percent left, they shut down...
I just bought anker batteries on ebay with a charger for about $31, they hold a charge to 1%.. about 2 weeks ago.
they are lasting much better than the samsungs. and buying Samsung batteries on ebay or amazon.. u might be getting these fake batteries that don't last..

The ones on Amazon are 99% fake knock offs which risk fire. Any story you have read online about a phone catching fire is usually either a result of a cheap knock off battery or adapter.
The only two places that have Note 4 batteries still are 100% legit.
http://www.samsung.com/us/mobile/cell-phones-accessories/EB-BN910BBUSTA
and the Best Buy kit I posted earlier in the thread. Anywhere else is questionable.
If a big box store gets them like B & H they will be legit too.
Amazon's inventory has been proven to be compromised. Several have posted online about their batteries even "shipped and sold by amazon" had been clones.
In case you didnt know this happens often on Amazon. The SD Card market and perfume market on Amazon even from Amazon is also like this.
I'm using the Zerolemon 10000mah battery, also if there is a Batteries+ they stock standard replacement batteries for most phones.
Im very happy with Anker bought on Amazon.

I would recommend the one from Anker, same capacity as OEM from a reputable brand that makes batteries. It also comes with 18 month warranty and a bit cheaper than OEM one. If you still want the OEM one make sure it is shipped and sold by Amazon.com and you should be fine.

1 battery can last me one day, sometimes down to 30 percent, depends on what I am doing, other times, down to 20 and under.. but it makes the day, then I swap and use the other, but only when it drains to 1 2 or 3...
they are better than all these knock off, I think I paid $31.. but they are better than all my old ones put together, wait till my wife come back from vacation, she will definitely take 1, then I will have 4 old batteries. then I have to test the old batteries and anything that shuts down from 20 or 15 percent is getting retired, junked out..
maybe I will have to buy another set to be happy..

I just Re-read your post, you did say that. Well I got (hopefully) the same thing, I think I paid $32 to be exact. Fingers crossed.
I'm waiting on these in the mail. I wonder if they will be good? Ebay item 201375415018 How would I tell if they are fakes?
I'm waiting for my anker package with 2 batteries and an external charger myself.
I read in another thread, they blame the quick charge 2.0 puck for damaging the batteries. Saying the increase voltage pushed to the battery for fast charging is what kills the life of the battery.
So my question is, those who have replaced Samsung with aftermarket batteries, are you still charging at night with the Samsung qc2.0? Or just using a 1amp or 2amp charger?
Help appreciated.
Mostly use the old 2A charger to prolong battery longevity. Need a quick boost? Adaptive fast charger or turbo charger from moto.
I unlocked your mum's bootloader.
Well I disabled fast charge option on the phone so it should be charging at a "normal" rate now and not the high voltage charging.
So far these anker batteries seem excellent, at least compared to my very degraded original samsung batteries. A deal for 2 Batts and a external charger Imho.
The more I use regular charging, my battery appears to improve and return to normal. All this only supports my reservation towards devices with sealed batteries.
