I don't know your phone specifically, but probably a lot easier to download an already deodexed rom from the phone's development section. Then flash it in recovery

I double checked just now in case I was missing something.
1. again, the Note 4 is NOT 64bit
http://www.trustedreviews.com/opinions/why-being-non-64-bit-kills-the-galaxy-note-4-s-futureproofing
2. my Note 4 is still on kitkat for a little while longer while the dust in the lollipop scene settles
3. if I were on 5.1.1 then no I would not try this because the developers explicitly labeled it as arm64 (that's 64bit)

wrong forum but as long as you have the permissive kernel i would think it would work.
I've got it running now. You have to use this one by wanam. Runs on samsung odex or de'odex... Then get wanam xposed and you're off to the races.

It's for 5.1.1 of only. You have to have a deodex rom and install the Arter97 builds on 5.0.2.
k, so, arm32 or arm64? i *think* the tab s2 8.0 is a 64 bit device...
k...so twrp is smarter than i and won't let the 64 bit version install, so i installed the 32 bit version and ****'s all copacetic
I tried installing both, would not allow the 64bit version, and the 32bit isn't showing up after rebooting :-/ I have the Tab S2 9.7" wifi version

The Exynos in the Tab S2 is 64 bit capable but Samsung is using a 32 bit kernel. All arm64 processors are 32 bit compatible.

True, but God knows why.

xposed requires deodexing....sdk22 is for 5.1.1 (23 is marshmallow)
and then you need to look for wanam sdk22 adapted to samsung TW i think for the 5.1.1 (not sure as I posted for 5.0.2 on t715 not 5.1.1)
EDIT no need now to deodex based on latest wanam work I think for 5.1.1 TW
please ask someone else no offence I am not having this device anymore (the T715 s2 lte 8.0)...switched to original tab s lte 8.4 way better now with the 5.0.2 and is better imo than the S2 LTE i had for some time (anyway I digress)

Android version: 6.0.2

There is so many facepalm in here. You just randomly flashed some stuff because you don't know what you do.
First of all, you need a special version of Xposed as the regular one causes bootloops on Samsung devices (this information is even written in red text in the thread from where you got the files). The correct version for your device can be found by searching XDA for "Xposed Samsung wanam". Read instructions carefully before continuing.

Unless the random ROM you do mention (no I won't look it up for you if it is or isn't) is not based on touchwiz (stock samsung)
First, SDK23 is for Marshmallow(6.0).
Second, you're running TouchWiz, which means you require a version located here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3180960

I know that, i'm running as my main system though, for me to install windows i'd have to format my HDD which i only have 1 inside the laptop, either i get usb-sata adaptor that's better than what i have right now or my only option is to format to install linux + windows, however.. on a tight budget and specs 500GB might not be enough for me.

That is probably the reason I have so much trouble, it is a custom rom made to look like note 8, but I think they used note 7 rom as a base now. So I probably need a note 7 svoiceprovider app?

Gear is probably not a system app in any samsung, you download it from samsung store and it downloads everything else, including svoiceprovider. And the one from apkmirror seems to be too old, it crashed on svoice request.
