I didn't know UAG made a folio style case. Just ran across this looking at some youtube vids. You guys think they will make this for the Note 5? I know they made it for the Galaxy S5 at least.

So I'll be picking up an AT&T Note II this friday, I've already got a little silicone case as a place holder but I'm wanting some kind of super ruggedized case for my Note II. I've looked at the OtterBox cases for it and I really don't like them, they seem less protective than my original Note's OtterBox. So what case would you guys recommend? Thanks!

Look at the Trident cases. They aren't out yet (due mid-Nov), but they're very good and tough. Usually a wide variety and lots of additional accessories.

So I just upgraded from a Galaxy S4 and had a Spigen Slim Armor View case and I absolutely love it. Especially over the flimsy official S-view cases since this one is basically a slim armor with a cover which I love the cover functionality with the durability of the case. However they stopped making Slim Armor View cases for the note line and I have yet to find a case like it. I was wondering if anyone else might know of a case that is similar for the new Note 5.

Interesting, what was your packaging like? I got mine direct from VRS too, did you get a certificate of authenticity?
Has anyone had issues with the back of the case scratching?

Two different animals. I believe the Presidio case would be more protective if you dropped your phone on some concrete. The Patchworks ITG cases are just an all around fantastic Note 8 case and for the $3.99 sale deal you can go wrong. The fit and feel of the Patchworks is second to none. Adds absolutely no bulk to the phone, fits like a glove and provides decent protection. The sides have good grip while the back is quite slippery.
My favorite color ITG case is the red one. The contrasting colors just pop.
