Vangoddy Case - wrist support cases?

Hey guys,
I like to watch a bit of tv/video in bed on my Nexus 7, but have found it quite uncomfortable on the wrists after a while, especially if I am (as I like to do), laying on my side. So I have been looking for a case/cover which might provide a little relief to the wrist. To be honest I've not found much. Perhaps you guys can point me in the right direct for alternative solutions. The only thing I've so far found is a "Vangoddy Cases" available on Amazon here.
Anyway, for those of you who have had similar thoughts/have problems with arthritis etc I thought I'd flag this product up. Anyone find anything else please do let me know by replying to this post.
I know the youtube vid is not for the Nexus but you get the idea!

This is what I ordered for mine. My old 8.9 Galaxy Tab case was like this, except this one has a hand strap which I wish I had with my old case.

Yes I have the hard case (Harlin) , since I traveling on a crowded metro to and from work. There's a pouch for usb cases.
PS this "Logitech" bluetooth keyboard for Android 3+ works
all special keys work {calendar, mail, Google music app, volume}, but
the browser does not { need to investigate}.
I love my Nexus 7 - stock and all.

I just tried a Belkin case that used those corner straps and it covered up the power button.

Screen only cover?

Does anyone know if the magnets on the N7 would support an iPad smart cover style front?
I had a wooden Miniot smart cover for my iPad and loved it. And I love how the N7 feels in the hand so I don't want to add bulk.
I've not heard of any though...

Looks sweet! This would match perfectly with my Mica Plank watch
I sent an email request to see if they will even think of creating one for the N7. We'll see :fingers-crossed:

We won't ever see this I think. The iPad has 2 sets of magnets. One of the left to anchor the case, one on the right to turn the screen on/off. The N7 has one on the left for on/off only.

Such a shame. I hate how much bulk most cases add.
Better keep my eyes open for the thinnest case I can find.

Got a response today and they said no. :crying:
Hunt goes on! LOL

Considering the back of the N7 can come off with a fingernail, we almost need a replacement back for the N7, with an attached screen flap. I think there's an antenna in the stock back though... so an aftermarket case may exclude that. Not sure if it's just a NFC antenna or what?

Bear motion folio case review (Black)

I got this case because I needed some protection for my note 2 and nothing was available locally .
I was just looking for something cheap and multifunctional .
For $11.99 I really was not expecting much but it turned out better than I expected. It works well protecting the phone , (my wife dropped hers with no damage ) and it does not make it hard to slip into my pocket .
It really shines when folded into a stand which really comes in handy .
The feau leather material is nice enogh and also comes with storage for license, credit cards etc.
The only negative is I have to take it off if I am using the Samsung media dock .
But for the price it is a nice item to have for sure

when folded into a stand the phone slowly falls due to the weight and before long its facing the ceiling. i'll be ebaying mine

Got the same one . I like it especially because I can put my cards and ID in there along with some cash. Also, the price is decent.

Beware of this case

I've tried this case for both the Note 3 and Note 5. Both cases caused an interference while writing with the SPen due to the magnets attached to the case, which allows the kick stand to lock in place while stowed. I'm surprised the company hasn't addressed this problem by now.

I think you're right. I've used these cases all the way back to the palm treo days but this is my first time having a Note. I'm going to return it to bestbuy today! Maybe this is why Seidio doesn't have this case too.

Yeah. As soon as the writing problem manifested, I immediately removed the case. It's alarming to me when you have a magnetic field interrupting the normal function of my phone!

Just got back from BestBuy, dam cashier didn't even wanna know why I was returning it...Just gave me my money back and sent me on my way lol. The other day I was trying to text someone using the s pen and it was going crazy, never thought about it being the case until I saw your post.

intelliARMOR Tempered Glass Screen Protector

I got my protector today from @intelliARMOR today for both my 5x and 6p and really like them so far. They seem like very nice glass protectors for sure. They do not add a lot of thickness at all, you can barely tell it's there really and don't see it being an issue with cases either. The glide on them is really nice. They fit pretty well too. I did have one issue with my 5x one where one of the corners isn't sticking down(already emailed support about that) but besides that I really like them. I would totally recommend them, I plan on ordering another set to have as a backup. I can post some pics later if people want but I would say give them a shot for sure. I think I found my new favorite glass protector for sure

I really like this protector.. A lot. Like I said the only issue I have is on my 5x one, one of the corners does not stick down all the way (my 6p one was fine) you can see the protector doesn't add much thickness at all.

Talked to support and they sent me a code to get a replacement due to the corner not sticking down. I really have to say their customer service has been top notch. They respond quickly and are willing to help!! I really have found my new goto place for glass screen protectors
