Great stuff, never used Flyme before, time to try it, seems a little bit like MIUI, going by the screenshots, but that's not a bad thing. Thanks for bringing it to the 2014 X.

Actually, It does look like MIUI. However, MIUI is based on 4.4.4 and this based on 5.1.1. That's why I patchrom Flyme but never MIUI:highfive:

Great ROM, thank you for this amazing work. But I have some questions:
Is there any patch to disable navbar? How can I install gapps?

To install GApps you need to install the ROM zip first, then boot in the system, setup everything, then boot into TWRP again and flash GApps, that's the way i did it, running with no problems. (If you install GApps with the ROM without booting without it first, it will give you a settings FC and you will be stuck on the setup wizard screen).

Just a little stuff. When you first change the language, you need a reboot. After that, just the "About" in settings will show some chinese.

i can't flash the zip file, twrp always tells me that /system could not be mounted. Tried with twrp 2.8.7.0 and 2.8.7.1.
Other zips are flashing fine.

Two solutions: 1: wipe system in the wipe options
2: Delete "unmount system" stuff at the beginning of the updater-script

I wiped everything, still not flashing. I can't find anything related to unmount system in the updater-script.
Any other ideas? I would really like to test flyme

I tried with official and unofficial twrp, reflashed stock rom before and dowloaded it multiple times on different devices. Every other rom can be flashed without problems.
Is anyone else having issues installing?

That is strange. If you did not see the unmount system in the script, you just need to wipe the data, cache in the wipe options. Just have another try.

Very nice! Thanks folks :victory: :highfive::angel:
Spending time on Cm13, Nice :victory: a little bit of life breezes into the divine of patience, through the dark we will see the light
Thanks
Thank you very much for this rom. Works well on my y6 scc-u21
Does this not have any basic features ?
Such as camera , led , proximity , etc?
EDIT :
Can confirm that this works with Huawei Y6 SCC-U21
Using it as my daily driver for the time being
pretty good performance and customization
Front and back Cameras work , good phone signal , still haven't tested Gps , proximity and light sensors work
It has a small bug where it doesn't really detect the SD card and doesn't allow me to move apps to it but I can open it through the file manager
Overall , Good work , Hope I see Marshmallow and if possible Nougat versions on this great ROM
PS : It also has a bug with nova launcher which make the status bar and the nav bar not fully transparent
Otherwise it's Awesome !
ohh i try it
Thank's for the good work, but what is the different between the cm 12.1 and this rom?
Scl-l21
I can confirm that notification led does not work. Just toggling the notification light settings makes the system lag and hangs like hell. But everthing else are working.

I installed rom last night, plug the charger overnight. Wake up only 92%, I have a still notice about 200mA. can you help me? Still, the night camera looks ok
I'm interested with this rom, but do i need to flash firmware update before upgrade to nougat based rom?
I see there is no Nougat based on official miui, even miui 9 still with M.
Like in Mi4c device we need to patch latest firmware to use Nougat roms, when downgrade too, rollback to flash lolipop firmware first.

No need any firmware patches, you can use this rom straight from Marshmallow based MIUI. Just wipe system and data before flashing.

Well, since last 2 Days I am using it without a single Random Reboot. Which surely means that you guys are doing something wrong.
Install Firmware + ROM + Gapps + Magisk Together .
And if you are installing any other modules or kernels I don't know what's wrong. Stay on stock.
I hear that random reboots, then I say that flash it as I say, then user says that I did the same. Then why not a single Random Reboot on my phone?????????

Install the ROM along with twrp on to the current slot, reboot into recovery, and again install the ROM along with twrp, reboot into recovery, then install gapps/magisk.

The link points to gapps 9.0 stock. Maybe the issue is we need 10.0, though only nano and pico available. I am looking into trying this in the next day or two. Anyone have a tip here? I know , only three days online! I will be patient!
Cheers

Try NikGapps or FlameGapps - I'm using the former and it's got stock packages and is stable

It only points like that because that's what the opengapps site details to, if you toggle the 10.0 button, it'll switch to what's available for 10.0

Ii wasnt sure if the op intended that version or not.
Good job ! ! !
what is more stable/featuring rom, LOS or statixos?
I followed all directions. gapps loaded fine, magisk, etc... all good. Only problem, sim card not seen. Tried a few times with no luck. I just reflashed january essential fastboot image and am restoring backup, but would like to try this, as every time I txt i need to shut off and turn on data. every time i plug in a battery I need to go to settings usb control... Getting sick of stock. Anyone else get around ( or have) this no sim problem?
Thanks,
David
The janfw-febvendor set doesnt have a boot.img or system.img file, though the flashall.bat calls for them. Could this be my problem? Not sure if the files aren't there does it just leave the old ones - which are January anyway.
Thanks,
David

The vendor package should not contain boot.img (boot partition for rom) and system.img (rom). These partitions are flashed by the rom you choose to install.
