No Xposed for Samsung devices, or no Xposed for TouchWiz devices? - Xposed General

I'm a bit confused and couldn't find an answer - does Xposed work on Samsung devices with AOSP lollipop roms?
let's say I install CM12.1 on Samsung tab 3, will I be able to install Xposed on it?
Thanks,

it will work as long as its deodexed, i have it working on my tab4 and s5, both stock firmware that I deodexed.

For CM 12.1, just use the official Xposed v75 by rovo89. It's not mandatory that the CM ROM is deodexed, that's just the case for Samsung stock ROMs.

The currently available version of Xposed for Android Lollipop is only installable via custom recovery. So if you want to use Xposed on a device, which is running Android Lollipop, you have to root it, flash a custom recovery (preferrable TWRP) and flash Xposed framework. For more information about Xposed for Android Lollipop, visit this thread.
Please, read the first two post very carefully, and have a look at post #2 in this thread. It contains a flow chart which lets you identify the suitable Xposed version for your device.
For a Samsung S4 running stock Lollipop, you will most likely have to look at this thread also.
Thanks but...
Thank you so much but is it official or unofficial and i my galaxy is rooted and i have custom recovery cwm and I'm on 5.01

First of all, use another custom recovery, CWM is known to cause issues. Use TWRP instead.
Second, in the thread I have linked (again, here is the link) there is a flow chart available in post #2 to identify the correct version of Xposed for each user individually. Have a look at it.
The version for TouchWiz-based ROMs is unofficial, as it is not being maintained by rovo89 himself.
A side note from my side: if you want me to reply to you, quote my post or mention me by writing @orville87.

xposed on pre-rooted 5.1.1

Hi all
im trying to install xposed framework on a pre-rooted lollipop 5.1.1
after installing it throw recovery xposed still not active
Which exact file did you flash and which APK did you install?
The stable Xposed version does not work on Lollipop, you have to use the alpha/beta version specifically for the new OS.
Use the unofficial for 5.1

G925F 6.0.1 Xposed needed.

If you need help identifying the correct files: it depends on your ROM. If your ROM is based on TouchWiz, you will need wanam's version of Xposed (see this thread). If your ROM is based on CM or AOSP, then you need the official version by rovo89 (see this thread).
For Android 6 you need SDK23 version.
The S6 has a Exynos 7420 Octa CPU, which is 64bit-based, so you need arm64 version.
Combining those information, you have to use xposed-v81-sdk23-arm64.zip (official version by rovo89) or xposed-v80.1-sdk23-arm64-custom-build-by-wanam-20160402.zip (unofficial version by wanam for Samsung devices), depending on your ROM as stated above.
Installation instructions should be given in the corresponding threads.

I'd you have a custom recovery, you can flash Xposed through there.
You would need to flash Arter97's xPosed on a deodexed ROM
