As much as I know, rooting blocks the installation of OTAs. The usual way to unroot is through SuperSU. As after flashing this mod, the stock kernel will be patched. So after unrooting, will I be able to install OTAs or I'll have to reflash 6.0 again?

No, it doesn't supposed to happen that. Use a latest ver. of TWRP if not work try Phillz. although I used TWRP there wasn't any prob.

1. Deodexed Version will also follow. I wanted to create both. Deodex is more customizable but Odexed is a little Faster.

Assuming that busybox is not a part of the repacked kernel, I've build a new one for me (without busybox, but including Xposed Framework), with the result, that it works

But I am having problem with restoring my backups from Titanium Backup. I changed the kernel with sunkernel since your rom's kernel couldn't read External Storage. I already flashed Ext Storage fix and using XInternalSD (Xposed module ), but still failed in restoring backups.

How to Install:
- For Sprint/Verizion users, download this boot.img file and replace it with the original one inside the zip (Not fully tested, but pretty sure this will work).
- Download the MIUI 8 build below.
- download the SuperSU systemless root (If you want root)
- Download your choice of your Gapps from - opengapps.org/
1. Boot into recovery, TWRP preferably (Have not tested any others. (Let me know if it works on any others, it will probably)
2. Wipe - Factory reset - Wipe dlvik cache/cache
3. Flash the MIUI8_BuildFor_M8.ZIP file - boot up
4. Setup from the start screen on MIUI - Once finished, go back to recovery and flash your choice of Gapps (We do this to keep the MIUI running well. I plan to somehow, at some point let these be flashed together).
5. Done, if you want root then try flashing the systemless root (BE WARNED! THIS CAN CAUSE DATA TO NOT BE WORKING. HOWEVER SOME USERS HAVE SAID THAT IT DOES WORK WITH ROOT AND XPOSED.)

That is exactly what I fixed before I uploaded it. Can I ask what ROM your coming from? What Android version is it? How are you trying to flash it? What recovery are you using?

INSTALLATION FOR NOUGAT CUSTOM ROM USER:
1.If you already with some Custom Nougat Rom, just dowload my Rom and flash it in recovery selecting full wipe in aroma and enjoy
INSTALLATION FOR NOUGAT STOCK FIRMWARE USER:
1.Download Rom, and TWRP Recovery for your variant
2.Reboot in Download Mode and flash with Odin Twrp Recovery
3.Reboot in Recovery and Format Data (this remove all your data), plug usb cable and copy the Rom in External SDCARD
4..In Recovery flash the ROM from external SDCARD and Follow AROMA Installer menu selecting Full Wipe
5.Reboot and Enjoy King OF NOUGAT ROM

You need Latest recovery installed, latest bootloader on your phone and Samsung encription disabled in /Data partition
HOW TO DISABLE ENCRIPTION?
Reboot in recovery then click on "WIPE" and "Format data" and type "yes" this will erase all of your data
HOW TO INSTALL THE ROM?
Just put the rom in sdcard or extsdcard and flash with recovery selecting full wipe

In aroma I have select the best mod, just select your variant, the kernel and type of root

Yes, When I release a new rom Its really recommended to do fully wipe for aroma (system+data+cache+dalvik cache)

In aroma you have install stock SystemUI and the mod can't work, just reflash the rom choosing modded SystemUI

Just write in this post the bug in details, and add rom version, your kernel (stock or custom and version), and other mod if you have add it
AFTER INSTALL THE ROM A LOT OF APP NOT APPEAR OF NOT WORK
If you have install the rom with right method (fully wiped) maybe you have choose too much app in debloat menu in Aroma, just reflash the rom without choose any app in aroma debloat menu and try if this fix your bug

YES, in aroma you can remove all the app but some service can't work anymore, so just remove the app that you are sure to remove

NO, the app that are safe to remove are inside Aroma debloat menu, so don't freeze other app

No i add the asus_sign and i edit the update-script
Fix Update To magisk 11.6!!!!
I have borets kernel and this fix works there
Flashed borets kernel after flashing fix and magisk was showing all red and root didn't work
But flashed fix again and it's working
V11.6 with borets

What OP mean is it isn't compatible with Borets ROM due to the kernel that already patched with Systemless SuperSU.

Just compare the 2 zip files, adrian added this to the META-INF\com\google\android\update-binary script:

And he added the sig file in common.
