I am a bit lost at what you are saying.
If you mean you screwed up your phone, download the official stock ROM and flash using SPF tool.
Once your phone is working again, try to root it using any of the preferred method. If you don't like typing codes using ADB, go for the Lenovo K3 Note Manager by Pr1nc3V.

[Q] I need help with recovery, please

The problem I have is this:
I want to root my LG Optimus 4x, so I can install a CWM Recovery and CM 10.1
The trouble is, to root the device (With the all in one tool), I need to use ADB Sideload, which is in the recovery
But the recovery (as shown in the attached picture) has no options or menu at all!
And to top it all off, to install a new recovery, it seems I have to be root...
Can somebody please help me out? I need a way to either:
1: Root the device without the recovery
OR
2: Install CWM Recovery without needing root access
Thank you XDA Community
Never mind, the boot loader was the problem but I fixed it with the second method of this:

Xperia Z stuck without OS installed

Hello...
Today i decided to flash new rom.
Unfortunally, i did something stupid and forgot to copy the rom to sd card before flashing CM11s boot img.
So, i am stuck with fastboot, bootloader and CWM recovery. I cant boot to OS - since it has been wiped after i flashed boot.img.
My question is, how can i copy the rom.zip from fastboot or recovery...
Please help.
Best regards, XTac.
Ah, and my situation for now:
Bootloader unlocked
Fastboot drivers set up and running
Recovery running
ADB dosent work (no android)

Put a microSD card in a card reader connected to a PC, copy CM11 there and then reinsert into your phone. Use the recovery to flash the ROM.
Or install a ROM using flashtool (flashmode or fastboot mode).
Or install a recovery that support adb or let you mount the sdcard and connect it to PC with USB (i don't know if exist one of this xD but you can search one).
Good luck

Well, thanks to the fact that i didnt had any sd card, i couldnt simply copy the rom zip there.
So i flashed a stock ROM and bootloader, and i started all the way from beggining. (looked up some tutorials) Now everything works.
Thanks, the problem is solved now.

Can't get out of the TWRP recovery mode on Lenovo k3 note k50 t5 android 5.1

I got my Lenovo k3 note k50 t5 yesteday running on Android 5.1 . I wanted to root it and flash a custom ROM .
I downloader the superSU software on the device.
I flashed the TWRP2.8.6.0_k3note.img in the following steps
1) First I enabled oem unlocking from developer options on the phone
2)Since I use ubuntu , I installed the required android packages
sudo apt-get install android-tools-adb android-tools-fastboot
3)adb reboot bootloader
4)fastboot oem unlock
5)fastboot devices -> was able to recognize the device
6)fastboot flash recovery TWRP2.8.6.0_k3note.img
7)fastboot reboot
Now the problem starts . It boots into the TWRP recovery , throws some error messages , tries to reboot again and the process continues in a loop
I was able to enter into the TWRP recovery options by pressing the volume up/down button and the power key . The backup process failed and when I tries to install the superSU software , it wasb't able to detect it in the SD card . I'd definitely downloaded it . Now I can't get out of the TWRP recovery mode .
I read that the best thing to do is flash the stock ROM for K3 note ?
Where can I get the correct instructions to do so ?
Please help me out of this .

I got same (similar?) problem. I have been flashing TWRP_3.0.0-3_K50-T5#[email protected].
I have noticed the error messages were related to /data partition could not be mounted.
Luckily, I was still able to enter TWRP when pressing VOLUME UP - VOLUME DOWN - POWER (after removing battery).
Searched and found following:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2683787
In advanced options, I opened terminal and typed mount data. This command gave me error which indicated the data partition was /dev/block/mmcblk0p19.
After that i typed:
mke2fs -T ext4 /dev/block/mmcblk0p19
this fixed recovery, I did not reboot (not sure what would happen), performed full wipe and installed latest K3_NOTE_MM_6.0_S422_ROW_v1.19_CUOCO92.zip rom (put it to SD card before entering TWRP). Everything was OK after that.
(Glad I did not have to use SPFlash as I have only Ubuntu machine).
Hopefully it helps to you as well.
I have the same problem after update ota to android 6.0 install twrp and now my phone rebooting to twrp and give this info dropbox.com/s/qqym6pd1knk1hkv/Photo%2014-05-16%2020%2057%2055%20%281%29.png?dl=0
Solved after reinstall recovery.img via twrp installer
Most likely incompatible recovery. Had the recovery bootloop problem too before this when I tried to root using a tool posted here on xda. Not one to wait and read fixes also, since I didn't want the twrp it installed, flashed stock ROW rom i got off the interwebs with sptools and phone was working again. Google K3 Note rootjunky. Watch the unbrick video if need step by step. Oh, you may need a widowz pc for it.
Glad I got an MTK based phone again. These things are notoriously brick resistant.
Pproblems solved
Just I reinstall the recovery.img to the right partition.. Now everything works like a jarm

Semi-Bricked Moto XT1052

I don't know if it's soft bricked or hard bricked. Current situation of phone :
Bootloader unlocked
Using TWRP 2.28x version
Cleaned the phone completely - No stock ROM/OS
So here's the problem -
I tried to flash a few custom ROMs and all of them give some error. Since I'm stuck in TWRP recovery only way to send new ROMs to phone is via adb push. I am unable to install any ROM including the Stock Version.
I tried using this method : http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-x/general/guide-moto-x-return-to-100-stock-using-t2446515
But my device is not being detected, I tried 'adb devices' and nothing shows up. Also the RSD method, it doesn't detect my device.
Please help me I'm in real trouble. :crying:

If you can access twrp. Just insert a flashdisk using usb-otg. Put everything you need on the fd and flash everything you need. That should do the job.

1) Turn off phone.
2) Enter bootloader
3) Flash twrp 3.0.2 from the development forum (http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-x/development/twrp-touch-recovery-unofficial-t3309449) use the command "fastboot flash recovery *insert recovery name here*"
4) Boot into recovery and enable MTP in the storage devices option.
5) Copy stock rom and disable MTP.
6) Flash stock rom. Profit.

internal storage not mounted!!!

I can't use my internal storage!! Cant copy anything into it!! It does show that thier is internal storage shows that its free but cant copy anything into it??? I have twrp in my phone but after a factory reset in vanished!! I rooted my phone installed than uninstalled it!!! Any help?
Next time, root and install TWRP again!
Why the hell do you need to ****ed up your phone guys? Is the stock firmware not enough for you?
I'm not sure whether he wants to copy stuff into internal storage via TWRP recovery or while the phone is booted up.
Mounting issue usually means you tried to factory reset via TWRP when it probably should of been done via unlock bootloader method.
I don't think I ever did factory reset via TWRP when upgrading from Marshmallow to Nougat + Debranding + Root.
If u are using the old (wrong) twrp recovery you are not able to use your internalstorage while booted into recovery, but it should be accesable if u boot into android.
Since there is only systemless root for our device your system partition dont get touched while rooting, but if u flash SuperSu.zip which is not specially for EMUI5 (there is a special one), you maybe tried the wrong SuperSu.zip file and you "****ed" up your SystemPartition - you need to flash the right system.img now - just use official firmware and start rooting from scratch.
What you do now?

Flash the rollback package.
Install desired firmware.
Unlock Bootloader
Flash TWRP
Flash SuperSu.zip for EMUI5 in TWRP.
Thanks for all of you guys!!! I have just got out of this ****!!!
The problem was i was not able to copy anything into my internal storage no even install apps from play store!!! !!! But it is resolved!!! Thanks for you reply guys
