Marvel & DC Dark Boot Logo And Animation - X Style (Pure) Themes and Apps

I know many users like myself got fed up of the white bright screen that comes up when we boot up the phone or when we charge the phone.
So I created this logo.bin
Which has a Avengers Boot Logo which is not a bright and it also has dark battery low indication when the phone is switched off.
THIS OBVIOUSLY REQUIRES ROOT.
You wont lose any data by doing this. This is very safe but if your device goes haywire I am not responsible for it in anyway. But yeah it is safe.
Note - Your device might take longer time to boot the FIRST TIME AFTER YOU FLASH THIS so don't panic.

Step to Flash the Logo:-
1. Download the logo.zip
2. Boot the phone into fastboot mode or reboot into bootloader.
3. Extract the logo.bin in logo.zip file and put it into the folder which has the adb file.
4. Press shift and right-click and click on "Open Command Window here".
5. Connect your phone to the computer via USB and type,
'fastboot flash logo logo.bin'
6. Wait for the program to flash the file and "OKAY" will be displayed in the command window.
And also I got the Marvel & DC theme boot animation from this thread:-
http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/themes-apps/bootanimation-android-5-0-l-boot-t2814467
This has many QuadHD Resolution boot animations which we can use in our phone.
Download : https://mega.nz/#!T1RFiIrb!MJ2BnsGFTiA7vB_5rWtzXrEAfA5f8hBRY47ceRi8ufQ
Steps for boot animation :
1. Download the bootanimation.zip
2. Put the zip in /system/media and replace the original zip.
3. Change the permission to -rw-r-r-
4. Done.

I'll be trying this as soon as I get home. I think the new boot animation is neat, but don't care for having bright unlocked boot message, and then another bright boot animation.

Are you talking about the Motorola Unlocked Bootloader screen? Is this what replaces that?

Stuck on HTC logo

Yo.
After countless hours of just trying to unlock the damn fastboot/hboot whatever, I finally did it, flashed the recovery, then a custom OS. But I forgot to do the hboot downgrade s-off thing, and now it's stuck on the HTC logo and doesn't boot. I was supposed to try the IncS Downgrade script http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1373697
But this requires me to be booted up in a rom, which is kinda silly I guess because it restarts into fastboot afterwards.
But anyway, phone doesn't get recognized on the script when I'm allready in fastboot, and I've been trying all kinds of fixes and I'm about to lose it.
So I'm giving up and asking if anyone got a solution while I still got some of my sanity left :silly:

Make sure you are typing the command correctly and not just fastboot boot boot.img

Rooted HTC Desire 500 not turning on

I don't know much about rooting but hear me out. I rooted my device successfully and was using it for a month or two. Decided to change the ROM which stopped letting me go into recovery mode. Whenever I tried to go into recovery mode on my device, it would just start it up normally. I thought maybe if I flash a new 'img' to the device it would fix it. So I used flashify and used a Clockwordmod recovery img which I downloaded on the internet. That's when the issue occurred. It Flashify came up with a sign saying it needs a reboot so obviously I rebooted it but now it doesn't turn on, it gets suck of the white HTC screen and does absolutely nothing! Help me out?

Can you get into fastboot by holding down vol- and pwr?
Can you give me the exact link of the cwm image you flashed?
To what partition did you flash the cwm image?

I can go into fastboot but lets say I try to do something like reboot the device, it would just reboot but freeze at the loading screen. If I try to open recovery mode, It freezes on a HTC screen which says Entering recovery and nothing happens even after a long time!
Here is my device in fastboot
Not sure which img it was but I googled something along the lines of clockworkmod img download. I don't mind resetting the whole phone if there is a way to do that? and thanks for your interest!

Okay, firstly, this all started when I flashed the new Sense 7 Insert Coin Rom. My phone would not boot up after having turned off/lost battery.
Here is a list of the problems:
1. Cannot boot into recovery, gives purple loading text and then bootloops again
2. When charging it charges for 5-10 seconds minimum and then bootloops
3. The device has turned on before during these bootloops once before
4. The device could be left charging all night and bootloops all night, no way to power down
5. Upon attempting to power the device on after 12 hours of charging it has no battery charge left
6. Cannot flash a new recovery for some reason (via cmd)
7. Tried flashing TWRP, CWM and PhilZ again, none worked all resulting with the error code 'error: cannot load recovery.img' having put the code 'fastboot flash recovery recovery.img' with no results
8. Device can only boot into bootloader, nothing else.
9. And also, the above CMD error too..
I have been without my phone for 3 days now and having tried all the possible options I knew of this was my last resort.
Hope someone has a solution, thanks
I had a similar issue with my device. Turned out that the flash storage had died.
Took it in to my operator and they replaced it with a refurbished HTC One
Had to pay because the phone had some nicks and scratches.

not so much a solution, but it sounds to me like your battery is dead dead, as in you need a new battery, if the phone is dyiong pretty much as soon as you unplug it from the charger then it has to be the battery, and as a safety feature, you cant flash anything with a battery that low, which would also explain the flashing error your getting.

Sony Xperia Z3C without /system, /boot partition, doesn't boot even in recovery mod!!

Please help, I Need your help!!!!!!!
I made a sh*t thing, I went to recovery mod (phil'z touch), I deleted /system, /boot and then I clicked on reboot recovery and guess what, the phone doesn't let go either in recovery nor bootloader mode!!! I don't know what to do, the phone is not either recognized by the pc!!!!!!!
Please I really don't know how to proceed further!!!

how do I put it in flash mode!? sorry but I'm really confused because it boots, but it stays stuck on "sony" screen!!!
With phone off, press volume down and connect usb cable connected to pc (drivers should be previously installed), when the led change color, release volume button. Done, you're in flash mode, now just flash tft (do it fast before your battery runs out)

Your phone has fastboot and FLASH modes.
Put it in FLASH mode (volume down) and the hit the lighting icon and flash a new firmware.
Don't worry, Sony phones are (almost) unbrickeable, just don't run out of battery.

So, first attempt was unsuccessfully because I tried to NOT wipe the user's /data and I got a bootloop in the end.. I'm newly trying to flash the firmware with all the wipes ticked... I'll let you know, thanks in advance for your support
edit: the phone booted up this time, and now it works!!

Bricked ME375CL Please Help

I managed to brick my ME375CL in my attempt to root it, it only shows the "Intel Inside" logo when I boot it up.
After much driver install/reinstall and cursing at my computer, I managed to get it to be recognized in Intel Phone Flash Tool.
I've read the instructions on doing custom flashes in blank phone mode for other tablets, but for the life of me, I can't figure out which file is supposed to go in which field.
I would greatly appreciate any insight into this that anyone can provide.
I already have the firmware downloaded.
This is where I am at:

Thanks in advance!!!
The link below may be your best bet to reload the system and root it. I would recommend reading the entire thread first.

Thanks for the reply. I've already read through that post and attempted the steps within. The problem is that I followed those steps and they failed, now it can only be recognized as an Intel SoC by my computer, so ADB, fastboot commands and Asus Flash Tool will not work.
The only programs I've gotten to recognize the tablet is Intel's Phone Flash Tool and Flash Tool Lite.
If you haven't yet, try using the boot, system and recovery images from the firmware you downloaded in the android section of the flash tool and see what happens.

I've tried all kinds of combinations in this software, but it always fails at either the IFWI step or gives me this error:
10/08/17 14:03:09.468 INFO : Port 5/1/1: Rebooting in Provisonning OS (current state = UNKNOWN_STATUS)
10/08/17 14:03:09.468 INFO : Port 5/1/1: Cannot Reboot android device, status is UNKNOWN_STATUS
Based on the reading I've done in other threads, the only way to correct this is through a firmware flash in blankphone mode, but it won't accept any of the IFWI files that I have found for this tablet.
I appreciate you trying to help, but I can't do what you are suggesting when it's not even being detected as an Android device. Fastboot commands will not work because there's nothing on the tablet for ADB to make a connection to.
Here's what happens when I try:
Here is what my tablet is doing:
When it's detected by Intel Phone Flash Tool, it usually has a blank screen. Otherwise, it just shows that Intel logo for about 15 seconds, reboots and then does it again, endlessly.
Oh, I forgot to mention that Asus support was kind enough to offer a repair or replacement for $155, since it's out of warranty. I'm hoping for a much cheaper option.
I have never seen the intel logo on mine? Have you tried booting the tablet in to fastboot mode by shutting it down and then turn it on by holding the volume up button and the power button? If you can get to fastboot mode, you should be able to use adb commands. Unfortunately, i am not familiar with the flash software you are using.
