If you don't give specs to your phone, then we can't help!! Because I don't know what rom or kernel you are using.
It.s htc desire 510 64 EU from Romania and the rom is original android 4.4.3
And it is rooted with twrp

That's the problem right there. You're not using a kernel with write protection turned off/removed so that's why it doesn't work. Every change you make will return back to the way it was when you bought the phone unless you use a different kernel/boot.img
Is here somethink for my phone 64bit

Follow instructions here and use the boot.img....
64 bit kernel called The Dreamer Kernel

Flashify is a good app but you can only use it to flash 3 times every 24 hours if you're using the free version.

Yes correct. Maybe getting in touch with the dev of the otg app(BadWolfe - might not be entirely correct name) and ask if he has s nougat capable version or if he willing to upgrade his app....

When can we see working Root/TWRP?

I tried using the root img in the custom Roms section, and there is no evidence that it works. If anyone can confirm that it works for I3XX devices. (Specifically I3123)
I am currently trying to build a TWRP for this device, i'll upload it when i have done it and tested it.
