Just plug it in to the wall charger and let it sit for a while (30 mins?) to get some juice. It may not look like it's doing anything... but just be patient and see what happens. Then try to turn it on... it should be fine.
i tried this man, i dont know what's wrong
Are you using the stock wall charger that came with the phone?
yep that one.
charge it at least overnight, but preferably 24hs it will come to life eventually. This has been reported often and charging for a prolonged time makes it work again.

[Q] Xperia Z Strange chargins issue

I replaced my broken screen recently, the battery had been lying dead for more than a month. Now after replacing the screen when i try to charge the phone, the RED LED blinks on a frequency of 7-10 seconds.
When I disconnect the battery flex and connect it to my PC it goes to fastboot mode, I was even able to flash a stock rom. When I connect it to main charger with the battery disconnected, display shows sony and turns off.
When reconnect the battery it won't display anything and the RED LED keeps blinking frequently. What might be the problem faulty battery ? or main board problem ?

The battery is completely discharged. Keep it on the wallcharger for 24 hours and then try to boot it.

But if it is discharged completely and when tried to recharge why would the red led keep blinking and not continuously glowing ?

It is not unusual. Just wait and you will see that it comes back on

Now the battery is charging I guess, RED LED is now glowing constantly which has been blinking earlier. Even though I was not able to Switch it ON.
The only way to recharge the phone is by using charging dock

Xperia Z won't boot red led

Hi! I have a Xperia Z on the rom by Rajeev and Hodor kernel with Drm keys mod, unlocked bootloader c6603. I had my phone with 1% batery, i arrive home and the phone was turned off, i holded the power button and red led blinks(this is normal when you have your phone fully discharged) i plugged into my computer fot 5 minutes nothing happened only red led stayed on. I unplug the phone the red led still there, after 5 minutes red led dissapeared. i plugged into the charger and noting happend only red led, i unplugged it and red led is still on. What can i do? adb fastboot not working and volume up +power the same. What is the problem, i'm a little bit scared. Sorry for my english. Thanks.

Did you left your phone whilst reinstalling any ROM or flashing anything?
I can suspect that you;ve bricked your device.
You can try to stick POWER BUTTON + VOL. rocker and leave it for entire night. I have read that some had fixed this issue by the way which I'm writing now, but I'm not sure if it will work to you.
You can even leave your phone connected to charger for some while.
If it will not work either - I have seen some where in this forum thread in which were specified how to unbrick XZ with disassemblying it

I managed to get it running now wi fi mobile data doesn't work, and power button works to lock the screen but doesn't work to wake. I'm flashing .292 via flashtool, i hope all my problems will be solved. Before they worked very well.

[Honor 4X] My phone will not turn on and the red led blinking.

Hi guys, I have the Honor 4X, and today when I wanted to turn it on, nothing happened. When I click the power button is flashing only red light led. I read on the internet that you have to remove the batteries but this model can not do that. The phone does not respond to the charge and any key combination also does nothing. You know how to fix it?
**Sorry for my english ;/

Service center is your best bet...
looks like the battery might be out of charge for flashing red light, so the charging port could be broken and your phone died
