No bro. I was away for a while with the exams. I have a confusion here. I have E700f and it runs msm8916 chip and I have found mixed info of the chipset running in E700H Somewhere there is MSM8916 and somewhere MSM8939 @DowneyHere can you please confirm it on your phone. Cpuz should show the info.

Quick translation and summary (not exactly in the mood to read chinese text at 1 in the morning, though I'm chinese myself)
Closed beta for flyme OS until 16 September. Applications for beta testers close 9 September, 9 testers needed.
Requires 3 months of tinkering experience, with knowledge about roms and beta testing requirements. Priority will be given to those with prior experience. Need to be able to keep secrets, and must enjoy flashing things. (in recovery)
They're giving out awards to those who contribute the most to beta testing (most bugs found, etc), comprises a goodie bag with weird stuff like t shirts and a mug(?) inside. Specifics I will not translate, am too lazy to.
Last few paragraphs talk about beta testing starting on 5 September (????), that applicants need to submit their username, age, prior modding experience to the devs, who will contact successful applicants through PM, again priority given to those with more modding experience and who are more familiar with flyme.
Hope it helps the non-chinese speakers here!
Personal opinion :looks really nice and clean, am so going to try it out. Looks better than miui even I dare say. Giving awards to beta testers is a new thing though.... Lol

I believe that Meizu asked beta testers to not share the Flyme OS rom.

Been trying to make this Bootanimation works as it is taken from NEXUS 5 rom dump and having bootloops all the time even though edited per image to 480x800. Anyways after all those time I made it work! pweew! below is the animation hope you like it! (the gif is a bit speed up so dont worry the actual bootanim is just a 24fps)

your screen resolution is 600 x 1024 pixels as you google it I dont think so it will work but why dont you give it a try make a full back up first in CWM for you to have a restore point if this will not work :good:

Sorry but that would be difficult because of it has a marvell processor i only made twrp and thinking about a kernel but again, no one knows about this processor and since i don't have the phone now i would need a tester, a samsung tablet has the same processor and a team tried but failed.

Hi there I need a bit of assistance here,
I have searched a lot on how to unpack and re-pack recovery.img and always ended up with MTK unpack etc etc, my problem is I am trying to change the background of the TWRP recovery and all the tools for windows to unpack/repack sometimes work but when i repack it gives me an error page size 2112 etc etc, plz note i have no idea how things work with these images my device is G531F and all I am trying to do is to change the background picture of the TWRP, Pls guide me.!!!!!
