Facebook app video playback - AT&T Samsung Galaxy S6

Usually when I click on a video, it opens up and plays and if I tap on it again, I get the option to pause or move the progress slider to rewind or fast forward.. but on my new AT&T S6 on stock 5.1.1, nothing happens when I tap on a playing video... I can't even pause or replay anything.. anyone know what gives and/or how to fix? Surely I can't be the only one experiencing this...

dunce... flash player in froyo usage

I just don't get it.
It plays videos but I cannot get it to interact period.
Most videos I have encountered on the internet will pause when clicked.
I cant' 'tap' on the video to pause it and I cannot interact with the seek or buttons on the player either.
Simply put, the 'container' with the flash player in it never takes the focus.
I can tap the screen twice to get the phone to center on it, but that's it.
What am I doing wrong here?
Is it meant to be non-interactive on phones?

Keep youtube buffer?

I sometimes watch youtube video repeatedly (music video and stuff)
On iphone, I was able to buffer the video once and there would be no need to buffer again when you select to play from the start or any section of the video as long as you don't let it play all the way to the end.
Is there anyway to do the same on android phones?
It seems every time I move the cursor, it will re-buffer from that position even though I have already buffered the whole video.
Anyone know the solution?

Questin about multitasking.

Hi there,
I want t o be able to play a youtube video and browse the internet at the same time. But every time I leave youtube either through the application or through the browser it stops working.
I tried through FireFox mobile but no dice even using an extension called phony.
and help?
Also I managed to use an MP3 as my incoming call ring-tone.
Is it possible to do the same for the incoming messages?
I guess that's a "problem" of the youtube app which stops playing as it is minimized.
either that or android just needs the Ram for surfing
you could use ringdroid
Could it be im using it wrong?
Because it works with the music player which comes with the phone..
I press the home botten long it brings the multi tasker up and i choose something else like the internet and just stops playing.. It dos not close the app it just stops the video.
Thx for the app by the way.

Video uses a LOT more resource then audio does so it makes sense that the music player would continue while the video player would not. Also I know that app developers went out of their way to enable music to remain playing in the background of other apps. Video? Not so much.
I tested it on my own phone. When I switch to a different app, the YouTube app pauses and loses signal. When I return to it, it has to search for the video again.

[Q] Galaxy note stock 4 video player not working

Im having issues with the video player app that comes on the Note 4. The videos on the app plays like normal. The problem is that the controls don't appear when you touch the screen to pause or skip video, change screen sizes, forward or rewind video or anything like that. All it does is play videos and that's it. Please help

You mean after you start playing a video...when you touch the screen to bring up the controls...it doesn't do anything? Have you tried clearing the Data/Cache in Application Manager?

Beeping in Chrome when streaming video

It must be a setting I've got somewhere but I really can't find it.
If I'm watching a video in Chrome (no, not that type of video !) I get very loud notification beeps/sounds on opening the video and then multiple notification sounds/beeps every time I move the progress slider.
An example of the type of video causing issues below

Anyone else seen this ? It's very annoying.
