instructions? there is no scatter file included so cant flash with SP Flash tool. Also cannot flash with CWM based recovery.

just flash through CWM Recovery............ no need to wipe any thing, just flash.....n reboot

Hello Everybody!
I recently flashed CyanogenMod 14.1 on my Xperia Z1 and it led to my device being stuck at the SONY logo. My device reboots and again gets stuck at the SONY logo.
I also flashed the AOSP version of Nougat and that also led to the same result.
But,
When I tried CyanogenMod 12.1 and Resurrection Remix(Android 6.0.1) and they worked flawlessly.
I have followed each and every step given in the forum thread.
Since I am new to Flashing ROMs on Xperia Devices, can anyone please help me correct whatever I'm doing wrong?

Do you own a C6902? If yes, you need to flash modem files for C6902. You can grab one from /system/etc/firmware in Sony official ROMs.

Yes. I do own a C6902. Can you please give me the instructions on how to flash the modem file?
And also, why is flashing the modem necessary to flash CM14.1 or any other Nougat ROM?

You may download a flashable ZIP in this thread:

Flash it after you flash the ROM, your phone should be able to boot up.
CM14.1 and other Nougat AOSP-based ROMs are built with C6903 configurations, so original modem files in those ROMs are for C6903. They are not compatible with C6902, because C6902 has different modem hardware, so you need to flash modem files for C6902.
