Use a recovery that allows disabling signature verification, for example TWRP.

TWRP Manager 3.0.0 on playstore? I tried it, there are no option to disable signsture. Or I'm doing it wrong. If there's a specific link to download or use it, highly appreciated
Thanks

TWRP Manager only downloads the TWRP for your device (if any is available). You have to flash it either manually by using ADB or use an app like ROM Installer or Flashify. Best way is via ADB. If you don't know how to do this, search for "your device name TWRP ADB flash"

Recovery Setup not working

Hallo,
im quite new and i was trying to install custom ROMs on my gt-p1000. my tab is rooted, but i didnt do it myself
i installed rom manager from the appstore and tried to install cwm and twrp, but when i try to boot this happens:
Code:
[...]
E:part(1) DATA Checksum Error
E:part(1) Checksum Error
Internal MMC checksum verify failed.
Installing Package
[...]
E:failed to verify whole-file signature
E:signature verification failed
Installation aborted
i assume im directed to the normal recovery mode, because i cant install custorm roms from here because there is some sort of check which doenst pass.
I tried to repartition using Odin, but no success. I just selected the checkbox for repartition and reboot and waited. But that didnt help.
Does anyone know why this is happening?
Thanks !

Binary Update fails SuperSU 2.4.6

Hello,
I am having a hard time getting SuperSu 2.46 installed. When I first install it, a dialog says "The SU binary needs to be updated. Continue?" I press Continue and choose the "Normal" mode. It fails. If I retry and select the TWRP/CWM mode, it will eventually fail with the error:
E: failed to verify whole-file signature
E: signature verification failed
I've attached as much info as I could from this article:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/supersu/support-update-failures-t2907365
Model: RK3188 (China)
Android Version: 4.4.4
Kernel: 3.0.36+
Build: rk3188-eng 4.4.4 KTU84Q
After booting to TRWP mode, last_log is empty.
There was not a /tmp/recovery.log either.
I have the install log and also the list of various su commands but I do not see an area to upload files here.
Having same problem over here, its recomended that you download the supersu version you want into a zip file, then flash the zip into the system

Trying to install Xposed framework please help

I'm trying to install the ZIP file for the framework by flashing in recovery but it always says signature verification failed installation aborted. That's in both TWRP and CWM mode. My device is an Acer Iconia One 10 running on Android 5.1.1 and the zip file is xposed-v86-sdk22-arm64.zip any thoughts on how to solve this problem?

Seems to be an issue with TWRP itself. Search for either a newer version or a different version of TWRP.

Bricked phone

Hello,
First of all, my version was l19c185b385
I wanted to install marshmallow instead of nougat because of Xposed. Anyway, I didn't want to use rollback package (I didn't know that I can't install marshmallow like that) so, I just opened TWRP and then I removed everything even the system. Now, I can't install MM it always gives me the error "sparse flash write failure" in fastboot; however, when I installed b385 it finished the installation. In addition, I can't install anything for MM like recovery and twrp.
At the moment I can access only to trwp, fastboot, erecovery and dload (although it never works for me :crying
PS: I have tried to install rollback package via dload but it said it isn't compatible and stopped at 5%

Well done. Well done.
Try to flash firmware as zip file via twrp.
Are you able to mount/unmount /system in twrp?

Come on... You risking your phone here, why don't you do some research before you mess things up?
The zip file with the update. App in it (firmware) is flashable with twrp
Huawei Firmware finder app in play store and you are fine

I thought you can't flash a system.zip without meta-inf
Anyway I have flashed it and it didn't work
I have also download another copy of the system, and yet nothing changed
Edit: the errors are

E: unknown command [error]

Look for a dload folder on your internal storage, there could be another folder something with "hw" in the name but i dont know anymore what i like to say there are maybe leftovers from an OTA or something like this just delete any folder with zip files in it.
Maybe you have the wrong Rollback package.
The Rollback package from the second link in my signature works on EVAL09 and EVAL19.
