Motorola Logo stock [unlocked bootloader warning] + editor for logo.bin! - X Play Themes and Apps

Hi guys... i did this stock lollipop logo for moto x play and remove the bootloader warning.
in this awesome app: http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g/themes-apps/app-motorola-boot-logo-maker-source-t2848667
when you have your logo edited
you must install it in fastboot
Code:
fastboot flash logo logo.bin
DONT FLASH IT IN TWRP OR FLASHIFY ( possible brick original logo or your moto x )
let me now if you like it

The trick worked on Lolipop 5.1.1
But Didn't work for MM 6.0.1
Used original logo.bin from stock MM 6.0.1
Any idea?

Sample Preview: (The only difference is, there's no google logo before the animation)

I just removed the Google logo at the beginning of the animation. It's redundant on nexus devices.
Works well on crespo.

I don't think you need to flash this on 4.4 because it's exactly the same boot animation (or is it?)
I haven't tried though. No time to flash atm.

I have flashed the hybrid rom and the patch.
For the short time everything seemed to be fine but afterwards my phone started to reboot quite often.
I have flashed diferent Xperia V's ROM but the problem still persists. Now the phone is unusable, it can't event boot on battery.
My battery is probably gone. I don't know if flashing the Hybrid rom and the dead of my battery are linked but take care.
i would like to try with this rom: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2508023

Yep ... I just checked on their forums ... They've got it, booted and everything is running
Friedrich posted a kernel ( we dont have the link to it, just to note ) and a member managed to get root with that kernel. That's on the F variant, what do we need to port it to the C variant ?

Here's what i did:
- Odin flashed the update ( after factory reset )
- Booted it
- Odin flashed the TWRP recovery
- Recovery flashed the provided kernel
had no root so i've odin flashed the auto root package.
after boot SuperSU updated and now all is fine except the Knox FC.
Removed all Knox and now running smooth and bugfree

Phoenix OS - Nexus 7 (grouper)

Came across this surfing the web today. Anyone try it yet??
http://www.phoenixos.com/download
Below are links to reworked versions of PhoenixOS with working gapps and root!!! Both are tested and working in MultiROM or as fresh installs.
PhoenixOS 1.1.0 / rooted / gapps / build.prop tweaks: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=68679715&postcount=155
PhoenixOS 1.0.5 / rooted / gapps: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=66397284&postcount=88
PhoenixOS 1.0 + rooted + gapps fixed: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=65177631&postcount=64
Make sure to "Thank" users @mn.code (1.0.5) and @netson99 (1.0) for there hard work!!
Looks like Remix OS.. Sooo tempting
Installed and booted. Fun to mess around with. Tried to installed gapps, but it broke the "desktop".

So is it possible to convert this rom into flashable zip to install with mutirom? Maybe some tutorial on how to do it?
Thanks

You just need to flash system and boot images, no need to erase userdata
The commands are fastboot flash system system.img and fastboot flash boot boot.img, once you've extracted the zip
BTW, there are no working gapps for this as of now, so you may want to wait
Also, if I change the wallpaper it becomes black
Overall quite a smooth experience

Thanks. Everything worked just fine.
Backup internal rom with twrp
Flash with fastboot system and boot images
Clean cache, dalvik, data with twrp
Took about 5~6 minutes for first boot, but it did it!
The down side was all my old user data from /storage/emulated/0/ was moved to /storage/emulated/0/0/ so I had to restore that. Didn't get why this have happened!?
Now I wish to convert Phoenix OS form internal rom to secondary rom and restore my primary rom from backups.
As long as Phoenix OS is based on lollipop it would be great to have flashable zip instead for easy multirom support
BTW it is great new vision for tablet OS. Of course 7 inches screen is extremely small for windowed os. but Samsung Notes do multiwindow on even smaller screens
Although some of the things do not work, like youtube video in android chrome browser and I doubt developer will maintain grouper till stable release.
.del.
Thanks for the link. Im going to flash this and check it out.
Edit: So, I just flashed this and my first impression was when the "Android is starting" dialouge came up. I saw it was in chinese and sortof freaked out. But, the setup went rather quick and I am up and running with my bluetooth keyboard and usb mouse. I have not flashed Gapps yet, although there are some apps preinstalled. The only problem I have encountered so far, is the system UI has crashed once, and some of the preinstalled apps are in chinese.

Thats nothing to worry about.................... my friend
I personally use lcd density = 320 , so it is set to 320 in build.prop
just change it back to 480 which is default size and your phone will be back to its normal stock PPI
Hey chinmoy, I've tried many times to flash this patch, but errors occurred every time the phone starts up:
"org.codeaurora.ims has stopped"
"Bluetooth Share has stopped"

I don't know what is wrong, and here's my steps:
1. flash stock firmware via flashtool, wipe all.
2. flash kernel via fastboot ( fastboot flash boot 376_NO_SU.img ).
3. flash SuperSU via twrp, wipe cache/dalvik, and reboot.
4. flash deodexed patch via twrp, wipe cache/dalvik, and reboot.

step 3 and 4 got a error:
e: legacy property environment did not initialize successfully, properties may not be detected.

However nothing is wrong until the patch installed, errors pop up after system starts up, and bluetooth cannot be switched on.
All of the staffs downloaded from your thread.
