My friend tried rooting his moto g3 but failed and now its not booting up and stuck at the bootloader.. can you guys plz help me solve this problem?

did you try flashing twrp 3.0 and re-installing ?

Yes I've tried flashing it but its getting failed all the time I try flashing it
