Come back when you can tell me that you actually see a difference between a 4k or 1080p display on a phone.
If 100k display was available I'm sure that you would like it on the phone, even if it depleted your battery 10x faster.

the human eye can detect pixel density upto 400ppi only..so for human eye smartphone resolutions of 1080p,2k and 4k are all same

Only 32GB variant is going to be available. Huge disappointment.

Yeah and the price is set at Rs. 24,999. It more than expected but should still be a great value for money.

1 new Hotfix for Touch HD (16.01.2009)

Hot Fix to enhance virtual viewfinder in the Camera on the HTC Touch HD
When you use the Camera function to take a picture in a dim environment with super fine quality, sometimes the image will display extraneous (noise) pixels in the viewfinder mode. It’s not a mechanical (LCD) fault but only an intermittent display problem in view finder mode. It does not have any impact on the picture quality or other display functions. If you encounter this problem, please download this hot fix to enhance the virtual viewfinder mode.

Hello Friend,
You introduced to us to Face Contact sometime in March 2008. We bought it based on that it has lots of bugs and will be updated in June 2008/
No update so far!
Can you help?
__________

AIS for the Honor Play

I was wondering that, HPlay only has EIS which is absolutely better than nothing, but since it has the flagship chipset could they add the "AIS" from the P20 pro? Would be cool seeing it in the Play since it gives overall better results than just EIS.
They said it will get it with an update in both launch events (India and Europe)!!
But it hasn't arrived yet, I don't know when...

I have what's in that most recent screenshot plus Stabiliser plus "priority save to sd card - burst photos will be saved to the internal storage".
UK Honor Play (4gb ram, 64gb internal), emui 8.2.0, current version cor-l29 8.2.0.130(c432), current patch package cor-l29 8.2.0.130(c432patch01).
COR-TL10 8.2.0.142 no EIS in Settings here.

Photo quality on Pie?

Hey guys, I am curious, how is the photo quality on Pie?
Of course compared to Note 9 Oreo.
Thanks
What I want to know is, if anyone who had the "zoom in and camera starts vibrating and won't focus" bug, does Pie fix this?

The quality is outstanding. Absolutely better quality, I'm sure of it. PQ, scene optimiser, DR. Especially the video. 4k60 flawless. On Oreo, my video was choppy and unusable.

You might want to take a wider sample of opinion from other users experience only because I read (including on this forum) that the pie update did not resolve the camera issues you talk about.

No no, it was someone else with the issues... I am just curious, cause I had the N9 before, but was unimpressive. Now I have the Mate 20 Pro and was wondering if I can go back to Samsung..
i have to say i took a picture yesterday of the snow it was dark with just street lighting, and when i looked at it i said to myself, holy crap thats good, its the first time ive been impressed with the samsung camera myself

I sincerely hope this is the case across board. I have been a note user from 1st gen device and would hate to ditch cos the camera is an important part of my work

1080P screenshots problems.

Hi there, I've changed my Nexus' resolution to 1080p using terminal with wm resolution 1080x1920 and wm density 420 commands.
I have a few problems. The biggest one - screenshots (see attachment). Also loading screen looks the same as screenshots.
All apps are working great, there is no problem with 1080p.
I'm using Nexus 6 with Android 9.0 (LinageOS) with magisk root.

Well then don't expect a fix. Looks like I am the only maintainer left doing real work for shamu and I have zero interest in 'fixing' stuff like this.

I know the reason why people want that.
But LineageOS doesn't allow anything but native resolution. That's why I am not wasting any time to change the resolution.
No bad feelings, I just wanted to tell you that it's not working like you tried it, and probably nobody is going to fix it.
Well, then i have to give up screenshots

In a terminal as root, or via adb shell:
wm size 1080x1920
wm density 420
And to return to default:
wm size reset
