Got in the Seidio Surface Combo with the belt clip today. A lot of other S7 Edge cases work perfect with the Seidio belt clip. Here are a few pictures in case anyone cares.
Seidio Surface: Perfect Fit
Supcase Beetle: Perfect Fit
Spigen Neo Hybrid: Perfect Fit.
Otterbox Symmetry: Perfect (little tight on sides)
Otterbox Commuter: Perfect Fit.
UAG Case: Fits OK but is a little tall and the clip is at a steep angle on the top.

I just got my Boxwave Colorsplash in. They seemd to improve it over the original note case. I will try to post some picts later. Overall it is lightweight. It is a combination tpu/hard case. It fits snug and the sides have ridges for better gripping. The kickstand is a nice extra feature. I have found that you can use it with the seidio surface holster. I like that it is lighter than the seidio surface. It does fit snug so I am not afraid of it coming off easily like a lot of tpu cases do.

I have not been able to find a well built horizontal leather case that clips to your belt with a plastic swivelling clip that fits the S7E, any recommendations?

Are you looking for real leather? If fake leather is okay for you, the Reiko iPhone 6 belt holster case works perfectly with the GS7E, even with some slim cases on the phone. You can find it on Amazon.

Yes it will fit, Spigen's Neo Hybrid case fits great and measures 3.1"W x 6.6"L x 0.4"H
Spigen's Hybrid Armor Case measures 3.1'W x 6.6"L x 0.5"H
The Rinke Wave case is the same thickness at 0.5" and fits perfect
I'm looking for a belt clip that will hold the note 8 in a UAG plasma Case. Not a leather holster pouch but something like the OtterBox or the Encase Case has. Was acctually wondering if one of the Encase clips might be able to fit a UAG. Anyone have a solution or Alternative Case clip that fits?
Incase anyone wants to know the Platinum Case sold by Bestbuy comes with a Vertical Clip that fits the UAG Plasma PERFECTLY. It will work Screen in or Screen out with no play at all.
Sidenote:
the UAG Plasma Case is known for pushing on Glass Screen Protectors. I used a Dremel with a Cone sanding attachment to take down the rubber on the Front Corners. It's the cleanest way I've seen it done. It doesn't look like it was modified at all.
Now I have my UAG case that plays nice with my ZAGG Cured Elite and a Clip. Loving it. Putting the OtterBox Defender Pro away for a while.

I've found 1 case with a folio cover with all 4 sides covered and it was the Targus Click-In and I never really liked it. After some trial and error I found the Spigen Rugged case to be thinnest with the most protection and best stylus holder but I needed a cover. The Infiland had the biggest stylus/camera opening so I gave it a try and the Spigen case fits like a glove. Removing the built in case was easy enough, and I superglued the Spigen into it's place. It's still day 1 but so far so good.
