Hi there,
I have been running a chat group on Whatsapp but recently i switched to Telegram Messenger as it's simply the best messenger on the market.
It supports PC, MAC, Linux and all mobile systems and of course a web version.
I have made a XDA Developers chat group for everyone here:

If you sign up, no one will see your phone number, this is more secure than Whatsapp Messenger.
You can use the web version which you will automatically use if you click on join our chat: MODERATOR NOTICE: LINK REMOVED
But there are also desktop and mobile versions.
It has alot of nice features and you can use custom clients.
I hope some people are interested in this.
I'm the owner of the XDA Legends whatsapp group.
I'm still getting alot of requests there from people that want to join it, but im not using Whatsapp anymore for groups.

Does the telegram group not exist?
Hello everyone, today i am presenting to you a group where P8 users can discuss ROMs and Issues, and just socialize overall.
The Rules can be viewed within the welcome message when you enter the group.
I have also created a channel, which will be updated depending on new releases, where you can download all your favorite roms, and gapps, directly from telegram.
The next step is to develop a bot which is more organized than the channel so you dont have to see all the channel uploads and you can choose your gapps build (pico to aroma)
