Bro i had this problem flashing a diff rom. I downloaded it again and tried to flash it, it worked. Also ive encountered this problem many times using twrp. So i am using philz now.

Ram management is good.
FREE RAM is not important. it is useless if u have 1.5 GB free RAM out of 2GB, but u can't keep whatsapp and FB msg both at same time.....
so if u have 300MB free out of 2GB but u can keep 10 apps at same time....thats what MULTITASKING means(at least for me.)

i tryed all and no bootlop.
Someone was able to make the rom boot and working?
mine boot loop....
mine booting perfect and all is working wery well.
just put first 135sp03 nd then donwload emui3 L7toL10
download emui3 L7-L10 on 4pda extract and put dload folder on sd or interna; card and du the update from the local update.

1. Just extract this downloaded file somewhere (it will be around 1.5gb)
2. Boot device into fastboot mode
3. Open "8976_fastboot_all_images.bat" from extracted files. CAUTION: all data on INTERNAL STORAGE will b LOST
4.wait for rom to flash(reboots automatically)
if u need twrp now:
1. boot again into fastboot mode
2. Flash any twrp u like

It is probably Global Beta 6.7.21, that was for short uploaded on MIUI forum by mistake. It was removed few minutes later. It is MM rom but only for developers internal testing.
If it's 6.7.21 Beta, ROM cannot be updated to later Beta versions (OTA is not supported)

The battery life is better , my phone stay awake with 20-15% at the end if the day when i used chrome, Facebook,whatsapp YouTube

it doesnt work!!! i booted to twrp for oreo & tried flashing it, but it gave error. Can you please upload the file to some other server or website the current one that being used didnt auto download the file. had to change server & all.
Do i need to downgrade to nougat before flashing this?
I just read "need nougat firmware"

You need Nougat before flashing.

1 st Custom rom in XDA for Mi A1
Awesome great work devs, hope you guys make this rom stable.
Still doesnt work.. i flashed nougat 7.1.2, booted to twrp using 3.1.1.1 which didnt recognise my internal storage space. I again flashed oreo & booted via twrp 3.2.1 which is for oreo & my laptop detected the internal storage which wasnt happening in 3.1.1.1
