Charging issue after porting back to stock

Hello folks,
I am facing a weird issue while charging my Moto. I have been using Pixel experience ROM for a few months now and I decided to port back to stock after Oreo release announcement.
I am facing a charging issue with the stock ROM. Fast-charging has stopped working altogether.
-The phone charges very fast if its switched off but when you switch it ON the battery will discharge at the same speed it was charged.
- If I charge the phone while it is ON it takes about 8 hours to charge but the battery drain is normal in this case and the phone easily lasts 12-14 hours with minimal usage.
I flashed the Pixel ROM again and now charging works fine.
Software channel : RETIN
Stock version I used : 61-2 (Indian Version)
I am confused as the issue is not with the phone but with the stock ROM. I have a clean copy of the stock ROM as well which I had used earlier and had worked fine.
Motorola blog says the issue is from the March update. Anyone here who is on stock ROM with a locked bootloader facing the issue??
Any suggestions/help would be appreciated and upvoted.
Thanks in advance.

Turbo charging works same way in all ROMs, and it should work in stock ROM (as it works in custom ROM).
Turbo charging stops at 42℃ temperature, make sure your device is less heated than 42℃ and use "Ampere" app to monitor charging rate and temperature.

Redmi 4X pie problems

Hi redmi 4x users, if I install any custom rom running on Android pie it's getting serious overheating and battery drain, also during browsing internet or messaging. I want to ask everyone who use custom ROMs on redmi 4x, if you face these issue too or it's hardware problem on my device only. Overheating isn't so strong on lineage os but it's still there, so only thing I can do, is having MIUI rom. The most strange is, it's happen only on any non-MIUI rom, on modified MIUI rom(from rom builder) isn't this issue, so I'm really confused where is whole problem, maybe in fact, that stock Android hasn't MIUI aggressive optimization, but I don't much like it, only good thing I like on MIUI is temperature of whole device and battery life ?.
Sorry for bad english and thanks for any reply.
I've used Pixel Experience ROM with Android 9 (Pie) based since June last year until now and everything works normally. The temperature is between 28° C (idle) and 40° C (gaming) and I think it's still acceptable.
No, i don't have this issue. Currently i am using havoc os 2.9 based on pie and i am using Pie builds since when it was made available. i get screen on time of 8+ hours. there is no heating issue while charging nor doing other tasks/multitasks. however when i use Gcam for longer time it tends to go little warm and that is totally fine because it is high CPU demanding.
Maybe you should try clean flash with latests gapps(if you use Gapps) sometime Gapps also causes heating issue.
I've used my phone on pie and 10 for a long time, but went back to stock MIUI in the end (7.1.2 ugh) because the battery drain was ridiculous, especially when on mobile data. got sick of having to go everywhere with a wall charger+cable or 10,000 mAh powerbank+cable, or both+cable. now it's much better, but I feel the battery aging, the phone has been in use non-stop since december 2017.

Overheating Problem - Please Read

Hi, About a month ago I installed a custom ROM on my MI A2 , everything was fine but the average temperature in idle mod and with small tasks was about 35 Degree C which was really weird since I've never had overheating issues on this phone. On the other hand when plugged in charge or when playing games / videos or heavy tasks the temperature was rising to almost 49 Degree C. Therefore I switched back to stock and locked the bootloader etc. Most of the Overheating Problem is solved but I can Still feel the phone being warmer than what it used to be, Specially when playing videos on MX Player the phone gets warm and makes me uncomfortable.
I'm on the latest Android 10 build, not rooted and I'm pretty sure I flashed the stock ROM correctly. Also as I mentioned it the bootloader is locked and device is encrypted as it was before flashing custom ROM. also yes, I am using the exact same charging brick and cable that came in the box.
Let me know if you've had the same experience or you have any suggestions or solutions.

Install Pixel Experience Rom on Mi Max 2

hi everyone, i own a mi max 2 running Miui global 11.0.2 stable with android 7.1.1........i wanted to install pixel experience custom rom with android 9.....i downloaded the rom and flashed it using orange fox recovery, after installation everything was fine but when i tried to charge my phone the led indicator started blinking, and battery percentage was not going up....when i open settings it said not charging.........plus it doesnt recognize wifi networks and only connects to mobile hotspot.............can anyone give me the solution to this?:crying:
Did you swap charging cables? Aftermarket cables are rubbish. Is the charging port dirty, maybe defective? Try to look for obvious things. Change rom to miui. I have bad experiences with MM2 and non-miui roms.

Fast charging on Android 12.1 ROMS broken...

Hello!
Is fast charging not working at all on custom 12.1 ROMs?
After trying a few ROMs based on Android 12.1 I noticed all of them are slow charging the phone. :/ I was a good boy and formatted data, wiped partitions and installed the latest firmware between them all but that didn't change anything.
Hello, I am currently with the Rom Evo, look, it is curious, the fast charge is present, but until reaching (so to speak) about 60% of battery, after that the charge changes to slow and it takes much longer in end up. I don't know why, it's like a half fast charge In addition to that I am noticing something strange, the phone turns off before reaching 0 battery, with android 10 that never happened to me, but with 12 yes It turns out that I bought a new battery and the same thing happens so I think it's the roms

It's definitely the ROMs since now I am back on MIUI 12.5 with unlocked bootloader, orange fox recovery, magisk manager and the charging is working properly again without any fuss on the original cables and chargers.
I guess that the 12.1 need some more time to mature.

Well, at least it's a software problem and not a hardware problem, one question, did the same thing happen to you? that is, did your phone turn off before reaching 0? android 12.1 is beautiful once you get used to it, it would be strange for me to go back to 11 or 10, but if necessary I will

I switched back to MIUI at about 25% battery when I got bored of the slow charging.
