Thread Closed. Not only has Android 4.3 Source has not been released, but it also has not even been officially announced by Google yet!
The "ROM" the OP may refer to might just be pulling apks from leaked ROMs and thus not being true Android 4.3 as it doesn't have the code changes.
Side note - I had to clean up a couple of posts in this thread that were abusive. Please be nice to your fellow XDA members

Hello,
to the update of 2014-07-28 i get automatically updates, but since the update of 2014-07-28 there are no updates available and i get after a manual verifing the message my system is up to date.
But if i look to the omnirom page there are almost everyday updates.
What can i do to get the updates again over my mobile phone?

No.
It hasnt been officially announced dead but last time he tweeted that google wouldnt allow him to continue working on it.
So consider it half-dead i guess.

I read that somewhere too, well after posting this forum thread.
I think we need to fork Magisk and continue from there.
