720x1280...? Is yours Moto G4 Play? Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus are 1080x1920, as far as I know. Or... is there a special reason why you made it 720x1280? I have some trouble making my flashable zip logo.bin images show on the screen. Did you use "Moto Boot Logo Maker"... which version?
Sent from my Moto G4 Plus using XDA Labs

You can find boot animations (they come with the logo.bin too) here: https://github.com/bmaupin/motorola-boot-animations/releases

Works in Moto G4 Play XT1601
I search this since january when i unlocked the bootloader. Thanks bro

Any screeshots would be better
Can you please describe how to flash this? I tried to do this with CWM.....it was aborted....not working....
Copy it with ES File Explorer or another (with system mounted r/w) in /system/media. You should already have one bootanimation zip file in it, just rename it to backup if you want to reverse.

[REQ] Create an own logo.bin / boot image?

Hey guys, is there a way to create an own boot logo (logo.bin) for our moto x style? I like motorola, but the motorola logo is very ugly, i would recommend a simple one like android or google lettering... is there a tool for it or something else? thanks!
I use Photoshop. When saving PNG, use File > Export for Web (legacy) and choose PNG-24.
Example:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Then use this tool to compile the logo, replacing the ones extracted by the program with the ones you edited/created:

still with the moto logo but I've added the lettering and the breast cancer ribbon to my wife's boot logo. This one replaces the unlocked warning.

Not my area of expertise, sorry.
Thank you for your efforts on our behalf.Solid work.?
I used the logo.bin in the OP and added a red boot logo to it and left everything else the same. Here's the zipped up logo.bin in case anyone wants it.

[BOOTANIMATION] Not an Apple

Hey guys, it's been awhile but here's another original boot animation by me. It's not a typical "Anti Apple" animation but more of "Hey this isn't an iPhone" animation. Made with the modern Android logo and also material design animations in 1080x600px. There are two color variants in both 30 and 60fps so everyone can use them.
