I'm sorry to hear that man, that really sucks.
Maybe you find some info here, looks like the same problem (didn't read through all of it) :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-9/help/to-toggle-allow-oem-unlock-via-fastboot-t3091119
I think this is very important to make clear in all guides dealing with unlocking etc to enable this option before doing anything, because it can lead to difficult situations. Just updated my posts with this info.

Unroot systemless Root

Hi there,
I can't find how to unroot my Nexus 5 on Android 6.0 build MRA58N. I tried to restore the original boot.img and to uninstall SuperSu but it keeps popping up every time I reboot the phone (even if with the stock boot.img root isn't active). Can someone tell me how to delete the app completely ? Thank you very much.

Thank you so much! This should be more advertised!

Still can't remove it. I tried to delete the su.img file and flashing the stock boot.img afterwards but it didn't work plus know I can't go back to a root state even by flashing the mra58n systemless boot.img and the Su.zip by recovery. Can someone help me out by coming up with something that doesn't imply factory reset? Thank you for your patience!

Flash the factory images except userdata.img.
Tried to flash everything apart from userdata.img but nothing changed. It keeps popping up every single time.
-----
I was able to go back to a root state, however here's what you need to do in order to unroot systemless root on MRA58N:
1) Delete su.img which is under /data
2) Delete eu.supersu folder that should be in /data/app
3) Uninstall with root uninstaller
4) Flash stock boot.img

How do I flash the stock boot.img?
Open a command prompt where your boot.img is stored. Type adb reboot bootloader to boot your device in fastboot mode. Then type "fastboot flash boot boot.img" to flash your boot image.
Up
To unroot go into super su and go into the far right tab and scroll down to full unroot and uninstall of something of that type. click on it and it will unroot your device and uninstall supersu. to gain root access again, just flash the super su file again.
hope this helps.

P7 B839 - stock recovery flashed to boot sector

Hi all,
I made a mistake during flashing stock recovery via adb. I have flashed recovery.img to boot sector. I wrote bad command to command line. Now I have only fastboot rescue mode. What to do?
If you have fastboot...flash new via ADB.
Flash the right Boot img and keep smiling.

Help! Doogee X5 is not loaded

Hello!
my doogee x5 not booting. Hangs on the doogee logo.
Does not go into Recovery (the same hangs on logo).
Fastboot works, but to flash using it, the unlock does not.
Using SP Flash Tool (Format = error 4001, Frimware Upgrade = 4008, Download only = 4008).
Changed usb ports, cable, computer, OS - nothing helps(((
Sory for my bad English
P.S. original text without google translate:
мой doogee x5 перестал загружаться. Зависает на логотипе doogee. В Recovery не заходит (аналогично зависает на лого). Fastboot работает, но прошить через него нельзя, unlock не делает. Через SP Flash Tool (Format = error 4001, Frimware Upgrade = 4008, Download only = 4008). Менял usb порты, кабель, комп, OS - ничего не помогает(((
Well, mine is completly dead

I made a call yesterday and then the screen gone black and now nothing happens. Not charging, not booting, nothing. I tried to flash it with sptool but the device is not recognized by the pc. And I know how to do it (drivers, adb...), so I guess 40 bucks is not enough for a good mobile phone. It´s dead Jim!

Stock recoveries includes version number of current kernel.
Differential ota updates checks current version on your rom. So if your real rom is 2.0.48 but recovery made for 2.1.120.
Device will get 2.0.28 to 2.1.140 update.
But in recovery, base version will not match and update procedure will fail.

Well right now I'm running version 1.9.104 ST. Is there a way to get updated to the latest version ZUI?

Why don't you try flashing the stock ROM from PC with QFIL instead of flash it via SDFuse? Just follow this guide.

Why? Because no one can confirm that I will not brick my phone.
If you aren't able to use SDFuse why don't try it. This method can unbrick your phone so I guess that it won't brick it!
When you are using 1.9.104 ST that will be a custom rom pre-installed by your seller.
So you need to use the QFIL method - via sdfuse you will brick your phone.
You should backup your data because everything will be wiped.

NOT brick.
As Lucaam wrote, this is the only method to UN-BRICK your phone when you bricked it.
I used it and it works so no worry.

Dm Verity Verification Failed on Boot

Does anyone know how to get rid of this? I was just testing some custom Roms but decided to go back to stock and after I've went back to stock and locked the BL, I now have this and can't use Android Pay! Arghh! With a Nexus you could just return to stock and lock the BL and everything would work the same.

What firmware, bootloader and recovery was actually installed, when you relocked the bootloader?

All the latest stock 4.0.1 I'm sure. The phone is working fine, just the annoying message on boot and AP doesn't work. I may download the brick tool, reflash everything the update using zips in the official recovery?

Before installing from scratch try the bootloader from my sig.
EDIT: you need to unlock, flash twrp, flash zip with twrp, flash stock recovery.img with twrp, and relock.
