[Q] GPE Still Working with NE3?

Hey guys,
I have the AT&T SGH-i537 running NE3. I've been meaning to flash a custom rom, but I wanted to check if anyone got GPE to work on NE3. If so, which download did you use, and what steps did you take? Thank you!

That one is apparently working. I had an issue with the Play Store but that's about it. Use the GPE in the thread, not the Pure Nexus as that one is having issue at the moment. Should be resolved soon.
Flashed ROm nc1, then i537 ne3 modules then supersu.

Thanks! This may seem like a stupid question, but do I need to flash the NC1 AT&T Modules too?

[Q] What to update to next?

Hi all,
I rooted my LT30p about a year ago. Im currently on android v4.1.2 build 9.1.A.1.141 (which is what came installed on the phone when I bought it about 2 years ago) I now want to update to a newer version of android. I want to keep my root, but Im unsure whats the best most stable rom to update to and Im not 100% sure how to go about updating. Any help would be hugely appreciated.
Cheers

Not really. And Blur is just an OTA-update. It won't help you to restore the device if you flashed another ROM.
But here's the full ROM (flashable through fastboot).

Its KitKat.
But after you install the ROM, you should get the OTA for lollipop
I found a faster download (filefactory is like a snail):
https://mega.co.nz/#F!29RX1L6I!gfxcXgqkAhf5GDhr_aPGYg
And if you have TWRP as recovery, give The Titan Prime ROM a shot. Based on stock, better memory handling and debloated

also on my original Moto G I tried downgrading from a Brazillian Soak Test back to KITKAT and I PERMA BRICKED THE PHONE
so is this safe? Wanna try for me

There's always the chance of bricking the phone.
I went from kitkat to lollipop to kitkat to lollipop without problems ( I have a XT1068, flashed a XT1064 ROM, jumped to lollipop and went back to XT1068 kitkat. now running cm12.1.
I really tried hard but I couldn't brick the phone).
Once you are back to stock-kitkat and received the ota to lollipop, Titan Prime and every other lollirom should work like a charm.

When you root the S6 edge (any variant) PingPongRoot prevents OTA updates from installing.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/verizon-galaxy-s6-edge/general/of1-odin-g925v-tars-t3191419
Here is a link to the proper files to update to 5.1.1; just be aware it makes root impossible.

It all depends. I would recomend that before you take the update and permanently lose root, try installing a custom ROM.
There are a variety of custom ROMs available for the Verizon Galaxy S6 Edge. They all outperform the 5.1.1 build.
Try finding one in the following subforum.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/verizon-galaxy-s6-edge/development
If one of these ROMs does not perform as well as you expect, just use Odin to install the official firmware.

[Q] Nougat method for EVA-L19C605B135

Greetings, I bought today a new Huawei P9 (EVA-L19C605B135).
Looking around xda and other forums, and I couldn't find any guide or hint to make this particular build update to Nougat.
I read that is able to debrand this phone (I don't what that mean and how to do that btw) and install a custom ROM with the latest firmware... my question is, can anyone could guide me through this process? do I need to unlock bootloader? roo? twrp?
I have it just out of the box.
Please, I would really appreciate any help guys, I'm new at huawei. (had a moto for 4 years, stolen last week)
Thanks in advance. Just need a little push.
EDIT: NEVERMIND! Just got the official nougat update, thanks.
