i have doned a wrong kernel test, flash arter or archidroid kernel bro

yeah, managed to start it with another kernel. But sorry bro, it needs alot of work. Had to start it without gapps because of the crashes. It has lots of lag, interruptions and force closes.... you cannot navigate into the menus because of the random reboots. Simply not useful, and its not even close to stable....
But I have got a glimpse in the customisation menu and it looks very promising. Maybe after some weeks I will come back.

I'm building now another version with all things fixed.
before released it on xda yesterday i have builded a testing version for me, everything worked fine, no lags or bugs. Now i have changed kernel and some things on common and this is the result.
Don't worry, i'm building a fixed version now.

AOKP-ANDROID OPEN KANG PROJECT​
What is AOKP?​
AOKP stands for Android Open Kang Project. It is a custom ROM distribution for several high-end Android devices. The name is a play on the word kang and AOSP (Android Open Source Project). The name was sort of a joke, but it just stuck, just like our infatuation with unicorns.
We fork the source code of Android that Google puts out in the open with every major version release, and we then add the magical unicorn bytes (read: we add some of the coolest features that are both useful and make your ROM awesome).
With AOKP, you can generally do a lot more with your device than what you could do with the original firmware that came installed on it.​
Why AOKP ?​
We were waiting for when you'd ask this.
There are a variety of reasons why a hilly billy Android user, on a bright sunny day, would suddenly start using AOKP and loving it.
For one, AOKP is lightweight. Most OEMs provide a heavy UI layer over Android and have loads of bloatware (i.e. apps that not everyone use every day, but you cannot remove because they're "baked in" by default). Since AOKP is built upon vanilla Android source, it has neither of the above.
Also AOKP has features that you will not find on your stock firmware. You can have a multitude of toggles to quickly flip a lot of your phone's settings right at your fingertips, or you can launch apps quickly from any screen using our Ribbons.
You can change almost each and every aspect of the OS, from its looks to the way it functions, with total freedom. And did we tell you, AOKP helps you make tacos?​

actually it is mostly based on CM but part of it is from aosp and aosp based roms are not getting booted up for grand so no luck for that!!!

Great work Sai. I been using the rom for a couple of hours and I find it to be pretty fast/smooth. Cannot comment on battery backup just yet, but good job. Thanks for sharing. Btw getting an fc whenever I open mGerrit app

Gerrit app isn't for normal users it is an app which contains like developers only stuff so it wont be of any use for normal users @Mackynacky!!!!

There's no issue like this. You've a dual-sim Grand Prime or single sim?

This really one of the best Mm ROM I have ever test
-fast and smooth no lags at all after having swap with roehsoft ram expended best multitasking really thank you has.007 for this amazing rom ??

Is there a way to get xposed framework on this rom I flashed the same file in PacRom and Cardinal AOSP and it works but in this rom it boot for first time then if i reboote device stay on boot animation ??

Quite fast bro, if you want to get faster performance, you must turn on flight mode, because the 2nd sim card is still in trouble:highfive:

Oh, that's great!
RIL's an issue on my end (seems it's working fine for you). SIM is detected, but no network (Emergency Calls Only). The SD Card isn't working, too. Seems this is the F2FS issue that @Has.007 told us before.
I'll try fixing the camera when I have free time.

yes bro indeed. in j5 also has errors in rild and camera
it seems like I should wait for their rom to be more stable :highfive:

I never think that we get a Touchwiz Rom, but you have done it brother @RioFebrian can I ask? how many bugs are still need to be fix?
Actually I'm a blind android user, that's why everytime I need a sighted assistant to help me to install and try the rom.
That's why I'm asking that how about this rom, should I install?

1. I am not porting, i am compiling all ROMs from sources.
2. I am absolutely clueless about Multirom, as i do not have idea about it. Will look into it for sure

What are the differences of dual boot patcher (that we currently have) and multirom? Pros and cons?

Multirom has own twrp and no need to patch ROMs and any zips to flash ,easier than dualboot .

Maybe you are doing too much too soon. Pick a couple of projects that you can update regularly and then release them. I for one would be happy to use slim nougat given its updated regularly.

My only request would be to add microg support to it.
OT - have you considered any gzosp base rom for development? IMO, they seem to be more smoother than others. I have experienced that on mido
