Mostly every cyanogen mod 13 based Rom is stable (actually all of them). Its your choice to chose which ROM to use. (Cm 13 official , Blisspop, crdroid, tamasek, resurrection remix , mokee etc) Cyanogenmod 13 is the original official cyanogenmod android rom
Cyanpop is a custom rom with more features and is based on cyanogenmod 13.

I'm currently repo syncing lineageos both 13.0 and 14.1 so the next releases of cm13 and cm14.1 will be lineageos (no need to clean flash).

I got 2 s3 mini's i8190n one with omni which im happy with and the other with virginity that needs a replacement.
any idea if there is a custom rom with the latest official redmi 4x kernel that was released by mi?? pretty sure that will erase the failing network problem. does anyone have and idea if there is one?
if you like MIUI, then go for xiaomi.eu rom, they are stable. but if you like AOSP, i dont know what aosp rom is stable.
