I am here to list all the Custom ROMs and Stock ROMs (including OTAs and Flashable ROMs) [KK Based, LP Based and MM Based] that are available to Sprout4 devices.
There are two sections in this thread. The first one is for Stock ROMs and second one is for Custom ROMs.

Stock ROM Section
Flashable Stock ROM from SP Flash Tools
Things Needed
A PC or Laptop
Smart Phone(SP) Flash Tools: Download from here
SP Driver: Download from here
The Bootloader of your device must be unlocked. For unlocking the bootloader you need Adb and Fastboot Tools. You can also use the Android All In One Toolkit for unlocking the bootloader.
Unlock Bootloader Using Adb and Fastboot Method
Download the ADB and fastboot drivers here and extract the folder on your desktop.
Switch off your phone and boot it in bootloader/fastboot mode. To do this Hold Volume Up Key + Volume Down Key and then press the Power button.
Now open the ADB folder on your desktop and Press Shift key + Right click on any empty space inside the folder, and select Open command window here.
Connect your Device with USB Cable
Execute following commands one by one
PHP:
fastboot oem unlock and press Enter
fastboot format userdata and press Enter
fastboot reboot and press Enter
Now the bootloader is unlocked. Your device reboots after enterig above three commands. All the Data in your device will get erased. This will not erase your SD Card.
For Locking/Relocking The Bootloader
Reboot your device into bootloader
select Fastboot
Connect your device with USB cable
Open ADB Folder on Desktop
Press Shift key + Right click on any empty space inside the folder, and select Open command window here
Type the following command

OTA Updates
Things Needed
Fresh Stock ROM without Root
Stock Recovery: Stock Recovery Accordig to your Current Build No. From Here
Process
If your device has Custom Recovery, then first thing is to change it into Stock Recovery.
Download the OTA zip
Place the downloaded OTA zip in the Root of your SD Card. Don't keep the OTA zip inside any folder.
Reboot into Stock Recovery or if our device is in power off state go to booltoader by pressing Power Button and Volume Up button together. Then, Go to Recovery from the seen menu.
Select "Apply Update from SD Card".
Choose your OTA zip from the SD Card.
That's All. Wait for about 5 Minutes to install the OTA zip and then You Will see the Recovery Menu after the completion of OTA zip installation. Now Reboot your Device.

Android One First Generation [Sprout4] device comes with Kitkat 4.4.4. There is no any OTA for the KitKat Version. I think 4.4.4 is the last version of Kikat. After Kitkat 4.4.4, the users got Lollipop 5.1 directly on their devices.

You posted this in Android One (First Generation) Cross-Device Original Android Development. But the ones that should be posted here, I think, are projects like ROMs, recoveries, etc.

Pre-Installation steps (to make it the as clean as possible) :
1) Flash the latest Lollipop STOCK ROM from SAMSUNG (with Odin v3.10.7 or above) :

-> for SHV-E330K : OL4 ROM
-> for SHV-E330L : OL4 ROM
2) Flash (also with Odin) the latest TWRP (3.0.2-0 or above).
What you need :
Latest 5.0.1 STOCK ROM for S4 LTE-A
TWRP 3.0.2-0
Patience (20 min)
Installation steps :
Firstly wipe all data / make a factory reset from recovery.
You must format SYSTEM, DATA and CACHE to EXT4 (no F2FS support)
Flash zip. Make sure that zip signature verification is unchecked in settings !
First boot can even take up to 20 min! Be patient.

ok, but the files are different :
yours : S4active...zip (ROM for S4 active), ks01lte...zip (modified kernel for S4 LTE-A)
his : ...zip (ROM) but for S4 LTE-A or NOTE3 ?

This is amazing, I thought the development for the S4 LTE A was dead. But thankfully there are still people out there. Never thought I would see TouchWiz 6.0.1 on S4. Thanks to those working hard!

I have an E330L and both the stock and 3rd party cameras do not work.
When I plugged my phone into my Windows PC, Explorer does not show MicroSD card.
Idle battery drain is minimal but when the screen is on, the battery drains very quickly.
Anyway, this is a great first step, thanks for the rom. I hope to see this rom mature in the future.
