Cannot finish downloading Hearthstone - Huawei P9 Questions & Answers

Hello, I have purchased a Huawei P9 from official China huawei online store vmall.
The build number is EVA-AL10C00B176. I downloaded play store from HiApp(the huawei app store) and have downloaded a lot of apps successfully on Play Store. But when I tried to download Hearthstone, the apps crush every time when the download is about to finish. I tried a lot of time now, by reinstalling google play store, but the probleme remains. The download crushs everytime when it is about to finish and the play store shut downs.
If someone has an idea on this probleme, it would really be appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!

Have you given Play Store the 'storage' permission? (settings /apps/google play store /permissions /storage) This fixed Play Store crashing issues for me.

Hello, thank you for your advice. It still doesn't work. This time, when the download reaches 99%, an error message appears "impossible to downalod it". Then I can open the hearthstone application, and the game begins to update, but doesn't move at all, it remains at 0% and 0MB downloaded.
Please help me. Thank you very much in advance

Huawei P9 light problem with Play Store

Hi all,
I have the Huawei P9 light, model: VNS-AL00.
Everything seems to be working fine but when I try to download something bigger than 100 MB the Play Store suddenly closes itself.
It does not crash, just closes and canceled the download.
It happens when the download is at 50-60-70-90 %.
I added an SD card of 64 GB so storage is not an issue.
I tried clearing the cache of the play store and force close it and it didn't help.
What else can I do?
Thank you in advance!
Have you given the play store the 'storage' permission? I think it is off by default. This solved the crashing for me.

Random app crashes

I am facing a strange problem. YouTube crashes and pop-up comes saying app has stopped working . Another issue with Play Store. The app opens, but whenever I select to install any app it crashes and goes blank. I have package disabler pro and substratum pro installed. I removed all blocked apps from PDP to ensure nothing is causing this, but didn't help. Anyone facing such issues?
Forgot to mention that YouTube works when I click on YouTube videos from other apps but not from the YouTube app directly.
Play store doesn't install, else works perfectly fine. I can install from laptop - going to play store and clicking on install on my device
Maybe incompatible theme?

Emui 10 - Spotify not avaible in Google Play store

Hey everybody,
i searched the whole internet for an answer, but i can't find anything related to that. I bought this phone 2 days ago, did google account restore (with apps) and saw, thas Spotify isn't installed. So i went on google play store but was surprised, that i cannot find spotify anymore. I tried to install it with the apk, but it wont let me do it. Is there any reason why spotify isn't working on my p30 pro? I really have no clue what to do (aside from factory reset).
Thanks for any advice!
Matt
Im not sure, i have it on my play store.
Maybe it's because your country/region. Try to download it from some APK Mirror website

I'm using huawei mate 30 pro 5g emui 11
I have use google apps on it for a year, but these days it began to pop up play protect certified error and prevent me from using google apps (like google map)
I follow this instruction and https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...o-rolling-back-to-emui-test-feb-2023.4331937/ to re-install or fix google services, but it only works for 1 day. The next day "the device isn't play protect certified" error shows again (I had fixed it for 3 days).
Currently, after following these instructions, google play and apps runs normally. but checking play store - my avatar - setting - about and scrolling to the end, it displays "play protect certification device is not certified", and google apps will not run tomorrow.
do you have any ideas for it?

I think it's happened due to play service update, you can't update the play service after the install.

and turned off network during processes. it works for me now and play store does not show play protect certification row in setting
