Pinning messages in stock messages app - T-Mobile Note 7 Questions & Answers

Did I just never notice this before? Or is this the single greatest thing ever lol. Seriously it's the best thing I've found so far.

Sorry guess I should have explained better. It pins that message to the top of the list of messages. So that when you get other messages it is still there and always at the top and you don't have to go searching through your conversations to find the right one.

That's fantastic, I was using GO SMS Pro for a while on my note 4 because the stock app was getting really slow, and it had a similar feature where you could mark your top contacts and they would always be at the top, then the most recent message would be right below that list.

Yep, this isn't tied to contacts but to specific conversations. Very handy to have but it is kinda buried a bit.

I'm curious if anyone knows what the icon in the notification bar is that is directly to the left of the Wi-Fi icon. Thanks in advance. I have the T-Mobile variant.

Ninjas.
Thanks. Does leaving it enabled really drain the battery?

Hardly. The biggest downside is that it sits in your notification bar. A other than that it doesn't use much power overall (unless you're constantly using it, then it'll draw more power)

Share menu inconsistency.

Just as the title says. Why is the share menu different in different apps and can someone do something about this? (make it like the big white one all the time) It's hurting my OCD. ) I'm not rooted yet, but I will be very soon (when i get to my laptop) and I'm interested in a fix for this.

Anyone else had this? This is the second case I've had and paid for as store assumed it was dropped.
Now this one has it too after 5 days.

I've been using mine for a few weeks and all good. And I've had it in and out the case a few times too. I'm wondering if there are some fakes out there?

Neither of mine were fake. Purchased from O2 store.
Interesting point though, the fake clear view covers don't crack like this, I've had a fake clear view for a month and still solid.
P.s samsung did not want to deal with the issue and told me to go back to store, went back and saw same staff member and he swapped the case no problem.

Yeah, I'm having this issue as well! Really annoying!
