[Q] Boot loop

Hey today i changed my rom from cyanogenmod 6 and was trying to install the black and gold theme. I went ahead and did a factory reset and i cleared my dalvik cache but now my phone is stuck on a boot loop. When i go into recovery its a white screen that says clear storage. I tried that and still get stuck in a boot loop. If someone could help me with this problem it would greatly be appreciated.
sounds like the theme didn't work... if you made a nandroid backup, restore to that otherwise you can reflash the rom and that should fix it for you.
to get to recovery hold home and power. i have heard that other people have used volume down and power. home+power works for me.

[Q] HELP - Galaxy S i9000 stuck on loop boot screen all of a sudden

My phone all of sudden is stuck on loop boot screen. The Galaxy Black and white screen comes with the galaxy s swirl screen, then the 3g network logo comes on, music file plays, then it starts over again.
Didn't do anything new to the phone, phone has been fine all this time.
Have voodoo lagfix on the phone installed with froyo, which was then updated to gingerbread. After which it had been working fine for last two months, no porblems.
Have gone into recovery mode, wiped cache and dalviks cache, but still no luck. Have disabled lagfix, still no good. Have wiped data/factory reset, no luck still. It just keeps repeating the boot scene over and over again.
anyone have any ideas?
Can you get into Download mode? If so, flash back to stock using Odin.
thanks got it fixed, by using this method

[Q] boot loop when after changing the size of animation

Ok so i was changing my boot animation for my phone and i found one but it was too small for my phone. So i tried to change it through the app (boot animation). It failed and kept resetting to the default size. So i changed it manually through root explorer. I rebooted my phone and the screen went black, nothing. The system seemed to be find, me being able to still hold the power button to vibrate the phone and switch it off eventually.
So i decided to boot my phone into recovery (clockworkmod) and i hadnt made a back up already so i made one just then. It failed (i have really bad luck or something ) but the boot animation backup worked so i restored it and rebooted my phone. It stayed black but the samsung stock sound played. Im stuck now.
Any help would be apreciated.
I have s3 mini clockwork mod.

[XT1053] Updated Boot Animation causing Boot Loop

Hey guys,
I was using my phone today and decided to turn it off. I am currently on 5.1 and I am rooted on stock. When I turned it back on, I was kind of stuck on a boot loop but I can usually bypass this by holding down the power button until I feel a quick vibrate and then my phone starts doing the "Optimizing Apps...". However, it didn't do that this time so I decided to reboot my phone into recovery, wipe the cache and dalvik and restart. Again, stuck on the boot animation screen. So I just let it run its course and then all of a sudden I see my phone go to the home screen but my launcher is reset and I am running out of cache space. I decide to connect my phone to my computer and backup some files. As I backup the last of my DCIM folder, my phone reboots and all of a sudden I have the new Motorola boot animation with the stitching I guess. But then I'm stuck at the bootloop again.
Anyone else experience this or know how I can fix this? I reaaallly don't want to factory reset.
I recently did a reset via settings on a gen 1. No change in boot animation. I then did a reset via stock recovery and got the new animation. I then did another reset via settings and during the first boot it had the old animation but subsequent boots have the new animation.
