Introduction
Every smartphone's user has the same problem. The battery life and the reactivity of the system. Our ROM offer today probably the best compromise between these two points. So... enjoy it ! :highfive:
This ROM will never be deoxeded because we don't want that the ROM loose stability of efficienty with tons of mods. We want the minimal and the best. Our goal is clear : we want to provide for you a close stock experience and even better (smoothness, battery life friendly and stability). If you want personnalization and mods, you can install xposed without problem ! I'm sure you will be surprised how fast this ROM it is and how battery life friendly it is too !
Tested only for the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (G935F) and S7 Flat (G930F) - International version.

There are many good rom that have excellent battery. (See Decent Debloated 2.0 and BasicPlus 4.2 etc)

My first impressions after installing this rom are: Simply spectacular, fast and stable just that ... very fast. It is visually appealing with AOSP theme, But really miss the unlocking screen animation with water (if you know how I can install you can say please).
It would be nice to have a theme AOSP and another TW style and choice through Aroma installer.
It would also be great if the kernel (hydr Copl3x) was compatible with Extweaks or Stweaks
But as I said summing is a very fast and estabe rom (is awesome)
Quick feels about Rom : nexus experience + stable + very fast and smooth, kernel deep sleeps very good... wait for next time to see another .
Can we expect an Aokp Rom from you like on Sgs 2?

Just two observations
1. There is a greyish tint to all apos background. I am not sure it this is an intentional feature.
2. CPU Spy doesn't seem to work. Says your Rom is not compatible. Says no read states found.
Pleaee let me know what am I doing wrong.

2. Reboot into Recovery

Q: Should I wipe before flashing this update?
A: You should always wipe between rom updates. No wipe, No gripes!
Q: Why's my tablet frozen on the aosp lockscreen?
A: When using the AOSP Lockscreen, You MUST Disable Ripple Effect.
Q: Why's the rom file so big?
A: Since i have included a fully customizable aroma installer, this increases the rom size a large bit. The base rom is about 700mb and the aroma installer is about 300mb
Q: My screen won't turn off when i plug it into the charger!!?
A: You need to disable Screen Candy in Settings/Display!
Q: I'm getting terrible Battery life and drain, what gives with this rom??
A: I would say that 99% of the time bad battery life is user error. You need to check your cpu settings and also check out your battery stats. If you have any wakelocking apps that are waking your phone, you will get drain. Thus this is not the roms fault.
Q: The Aroma installer keeps freezing up on me?
A: Unfortunately this is an issue with the Aroma installer program, keep trying, just pull battery and reflash!
Q: My GPS is not locking on for me?
A: You need to do a permissions fix in recovery. This should fix it!
Q: Wifi Connectivity Problems?
A: Make sure Wifi is set to always keep wifi on during sleep under wifi settings/advanced
Q: My wifi is slow to connect, why could this be?
A: I changed the wifi scan interval in order to save battery, you can change it back yourself by using a build prop editor and looking for wifi.supplicant.scan.interval. The default value is 90.
Q: I really love this rom and want to do something!
A: Hit that THANKS button! Also consider donating to support all the time i put into this!
Q: I'm having xyz problem?
A: For any general problems, first try a reboot along with a cache wipe, dalvik cache wipe, and a fix of permissions along with a read through the thread!!
For problems with apps try clearing app data along with a reboot and cache wipe

Battery Callibrator
A script written by zepplinrox that will calibrate your battery. It is pretty easy to use and explains what you need to do in the terminal. It is executable via terminal emulator on your phone.

Me too brother. I'm trying a few different things. I'm gonna try flashing the dev picks. I've tried a number of combos, wiped 3 and 4 times. I'll figure it out.. Hopefully One thing I do know is that his roms are well worth it!

Thanks for the feedback..as soon as a new Official firmware will be out (expecting MK6, Not from dump) ill update the rom, fix that stupid issues(hopefully) and add a few more things

Well that makes this rom perfect for me, because I don't use any of that stuff,i don't even use any of googles services also....I like light roms with few fancy things like transparent accuweather but nothing more. thanks again(spent my 8 thanks for today)

i dont do all this for money..i do this cause i love android and i am just 15 (LOL) so just appreciate my work by hitting the thanks button(Once or how many times you guys want) it will just make me happier and motivate me to do more(Now i am actually learning how to unpack kernel and add init.d support my self and maybe some tweaks if i am succesfull)

So far so good, got a lot of my apps up and running. Phone feels very fast and very snappy, more so than the other non-debloated ROMs out there. Now to test out the battery life. Only issue I had was that my root was broken after flashing, so I had to re-root with SuperSU 1.80. Overall i think its pretty good for a first time ROM great work!

The one you linked is version 1.65, while the latest is 1.80 and I recall Chainfire recommending most people to update as it includes some important security fixes on a rooted device.

for substratum users, disable the theme for the app crashing

The changes that make this ROM tick:
This ROM was built for stability and efficiency from the ground up, there are little added features or customization features like in existenZ, I'm leaving the feature packed ROM for AOSP
1. the interactive governor is heavily modded with the best possible efficient values and it is designed to ramp down into lower efficient frequencies when under sustained load. This is what makes the ROM efficient as it reduces heat and power consumption when doing intensive tasks.
2. Scheduling changes, the big cores have been tweaked to handle more tasks as they were under utilized. This improves efficiency and performance.
3. Debloating, Sony apps have been replaced by their google counterparts in order to function properly in the Google ecosystem. Not to mention this too saves battery. Not only that but useless sony apps have also been removed
4. Storage management(coming soon) in the future, a smart SSD manager will be added to the ROM. Its job is to optimize and manage the storage to work as optimally as possible. It will work in tandem with smart cleaner to provide a fast and efficient storage subsystem.
Lastly,
Addressing concerns about odex vs deodex
On LP and MM, there is no significant difference between the two in terms of speed and functionality
On Nougat, there is a significant difference,
On MM and LP, ART compiles the apps ahead of time on first boot, therefore apps are theoretically odexed once the ROM has booted
On Nougat/Oreo, Android boots without compiling the apps and instead compiles apps in the background during times of low load/idle. THIS SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECTS PERFORMANCE AND BATTERY LIFE*
Therefore, deodexing is generally not recommended on Nougat

My stock xz rooted have 90% same modifications.

It is based on 417 but which region? I know it isn't matter much but good to know.

One with your rom Duality ROM replaced RomAur
One with eXistenZ N | v5.6.0
And one with stock rom .442
Seems like your rom have same battery life than stock but little faster
The stock one is with my wife
And i have the two others

Make sure you have twrp installed
Make sure you have latest modem and bootloader installed from latest Stock Rom
Make sure your phone is fully charged to 100%.
Download the ROM and transfer to your phone (ExtSD is suggested)
Boot the phone into Recovery Mode
Do a FULL wipe: Dalvik Cache, Cache, Data, System even if coming from a port rom
In TWRP (because J530F one is bad) after wiping, Reboot recovery, otherwise you will have Mount Issues
Flash The Rom
The first boot may take 15 min

To get air command launcher to work its recommended to flash SuperSU, i left it there for pro users who can deal with it.
and then add apps to it via spen settings

Q : Any Benefits over stock or 7.0 ?
A : Better ram optimization, noticeable performance gain, Unlocked many flagship only features.
Q : Laggy on J7 Pro
A : Due to native blur and infinity wallpaper, it doesnt lag on J5s because 720P res while on J7 its 1080 , blame samsung for using the same GPU.
Q : Not passing SafteyNet.
A : Not sure what went wrong, you could flash SafteyNet Magisk module to fix it.
Q : How to use faceunlock ?
A : Settings >lock > Face recognition > Register your Face (App will FC its fine) > enable Faceunlock && Face unlock when screen turns on.
Q : Faceunlock cant detect my face.
A : try to disable Fingerprint unlock, those 2 dont behave well together.
Q : How to improve performance ?
A : If you are using GRX launcher , disable blur, and in developer options set transition animations to 0.5X
Q : How to update ALL samsung apps not just the few avalible?
A : Using any root explorer, go to system/build.prop and change J530F to N950F (Once done i suggest to revert it back for bixby Home to function)

A : Open system/csc/feature.xml with any root text editor and change FALSE to TRUE in SupportDataUsageViewOnQuickPanel Line

A : Our Device does not support SensorsHub

A : BixbyVoice + BixbyVision will only work on 64Bit Devices (Our phone only has a 64bit Kernel, and locked 32bit OS)
