I would like this too. Preferably something iPhonish where the picture is full screen and the caller name and info overlays it.
Is it possible to increase the size of the caller ID picture that comes up when receiving calls? I used a great picture of my wife from our wedding, but was bummed when it was scaled way down into a tiny square when she called. I had hoped it would take up most of the screen.

I have copied some pics for contact picture but it seems to big and the phone suggested to crop. Not same as the other I used, which can auto-resize picture to fit contact picture
Question is, what is the best picture size for contact??? Pls help

whatever size, as long as it's a square...
you can zoom or resize the picture using 2 fingers when you croping the picture
Hepl! I want to replace the call screen at cm7 when a call is active (this with the android an the 6 buttons bellow) with something like Sony Ericsson's call screen (with the 4 corners or something lice Arc or X10). Someone told me that has to do with themes but I wonder if there is an .apk (like Phone.apk) that I have to replace to change that.

I would like to know why some contact pictures are showed in full screen while other, with same size and resolution are displayed very small.
I have assigned 3 picture with same size and resolution to 3 of my contacts but only one of them, when called (or when he calls me) the display shows the picture in full screen mode.
Does this happen to you also?
I don't want to use any application for full screen caller, I don't like it..
