the official cm12.1 is still long way i think ....but if we have cm12.1 ROM why do you want the official cm12 ?

@flash- is right. And CM12.1 is so stabile, just install the current build and have fun. For the regular user, it isn't neccessary to take each and every update. And in CM12.1, you can dirty flash each update. It doesn't take more than 3 minutes of user interaction to do a dirty flash update.

Can anyone tell me the detailed procedure to install cyanogen os on a zuk z1 which is running zui? I'm not talking about the rom but the official firmware which the global version of the zuk z1 features.

No sorry dude but with LB you can only flash stock based roms as dstricker mx rom and Kryptonian. For the other roms you will need a UB

I'm using xosp 14.1 nougat version.
It is stable and also increases battery life
